Skvělý hotel a personál. Všichni milí, zvláště Glenys 😊. Hotel ma skvělé vybavení, výborná kuchyně. Všude čisto, úklid perfektní. Krásná soukromá pláž, na střeše bazén. Nic nám nechybělo. Všude po hotelu k dispozici pitná voda. Hhhhhhhh

Cute boutique hotel at an excellent location. We had a very nice room with the best view of the Palm and the sea. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and keen to make our stay as memorable as possible. And it has been. Special shoutout to Amaliya and Marion. They went above and beyond with their willingness to be helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. A special shout-out to Marion — what a handsome guy! 😄 He made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time during my stay there it was exceptional the hostess and waitress were super helpful with anything I need and they were always welcoming me with a smile the ambience was lovely a special shout out Mercy, Shalot ,Juliet they made my stay here super comfortable and they were outstanding I highly recommend this place for your vacation and I shall be back

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay at voco Dubai The Palm was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the level of service is genuinely outstanding. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help—nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. A special thank you has to go to Mercy, who hosted breakfast each morning with such kindness and professionalism. She greeted everyone with a smile and made every breakfast feel like a great start to the day. We’d also like to recognise Sushant, whose attentive and friendly service was consistently excellent. Both of them are a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with plenty of choice and high-quality food, and the same high standard of service was reflected throughout every part of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, housekeeping was excellent, and every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. The only minor downside during our stay was that one of the lifts was out of service the entire time, which occasionally meant waiting longer than expected. It was a little frustrating, but it certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of outstanding customer service, immaculate facilities, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend voco Dubai The Palm to anyone visiting Dubai.
