voco Dubai The Palm

Skvělý hotel a personál. Všichni milí, zvláště Glenys 😊. Hotel ma skvělé vybavení, výborná kuchyně. Všude čisto, úklid perfektní. Krásná soukromá pláž, na střeše bazén. Nic nám nechybělo. Všude po hotelu k dispozici pitná voda. Hhhhhhhh

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Chef Virgilio and Khine for the delicious food and great service, and to receptionist Miss CM for her warm welcome and helpful assistance. Everyone made our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!

Our room was too small with 2 single beds and Sam quickly showed us another room with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms which we took. Sam was super helpful and always very pleasant and professional with a smile every time. Thank you Sam
