Address Beach Resort Fujairah

Very good hotel and helpful staff

We booked Address Beach Resort Fujairah expecting a luxury experience consistent with the reputation of the Address brand. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The resort is overcrowded with children throughout the entire day. Every pool is extremely busy and noisy, making any form of relaxation almost impossible. The beach is marketed as private, but there is no real privacy or exclusivity. It feels overcrowded and accessible to everyone. Service is one of the weakest aspects of the hotel. There is very little attention around the pools and beach, and the staff are rarely proactive. The level of hospitality is simply not what you would expect from a five star resort. We raised our concerns directly with the reception manager during the stay. Her response was simply, “Oh, very sorry,” and that was the end of it. There was no follow up, no proposed solution, no gesture of goodwill and no genuine effort to improve the experience. For a hotel claiming to offer luxury service, this was extremely disappointing. The restaurant offering is also very poor. Apart from the main buffet, the options are extremely limited. Many guests order food through Talabat, which says a lot about the quality and variety available inside the hotel. There is virtually no atmosphere or evening entertainment. The property becomes completely lifeless after dinner. The infrastructure and finishes feel inexpensive, and the overall experience lacks refinement, privacy and attention to detail. Nothing feels exclusive or particularly luxurious. This is clearly a family hotel designed mainly for guests with young children. Couples and guests looking for peace, privacy and premium service should seriously consider another property. Definitely not the Address experience we expected and not a hotel we would return to.

Every stay at Address Beach Resort reminds me why I keep coming back. The property is stunning, the atmosphere is effortlessly elegant, and every detail makes you feel like you enjoy every staycation. What made this visit especially memorable this time was the exceptional service from Nyasha and the restaurant team. Genuine hospitality, they all went above and beyond with such warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that every interaction felt personal. The chef also brought my fish which was beautifully prepared to my table. I would also like to commend the restaurant team for their outstanding service. They were attentive without being intrusive, always welcoming, and consistently delivered a fantastic dining experience. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Address Beach Resort for another wonderful experience. I can’t wait to return.

We came for the business trip and we had booked more than 20 rooms and about cleanliness it was too Poor not properly cleaned I stayed here for 13 days but they have changed my towels only for once and bed linen not changed no vacuum in the room everyday I can see the hair all over the bath rug and on the floor And regarding lost found items one of my colleague checked one day before me but she left her full bottle of tequila in her room so she informed me to claim it and as per her it was full bottle but when I claim it was used already I got less than half bottle but when I complained them the duty manager response was so bad.
