Address Beach Resort Fujairah

We stayed at The Address in Fujairah in March. The hotel is very beautiful, the sea and the beach is lovely. The rooms are clean and the carpets even though a light colour looked well maintained and bright. The kids play area was nice and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. The room service was really beautifully presented and Sunil from room service was always smiling and giving us the best service which was so nice as we often couldnt go out for dinner as we have a young baby with us. My only comments for improving anything would be that the pool area needed more waiting staff and maybe a service button next to the umbrella to call the staff if you wanted to order food or drink - same goes for the beach umbrellas. Also the kids play area could do with some new toys for ages 1 to 4 as this age group just sits and plays as oppose to doing any activities with the lady there

We had a 3 night stay last week with our daughter, husband and baby. The service from arrival until leaving after 4 glorious days was excellent. The rooms were what you would expect of a 5 star hotel, well presented, spacious, all accessories available, super comfortable beds, efficient and friendly room service from Sunil. Food outlets were available for buffet breakfast, the beach bar with excellent service from Mostafa and equally excellent personal service at the Al a Carte.restaurant Silia from Nova. The food quality at breakfast was a little disappointing, minimal fresh fruit, pastries a little dry, Eggs Benedict had a strange taste. These comments are not major complaints but a personal opinion. The Al a Carte restaurant was in a good location overlooking the beach and offered good quality food. The Spa was surprisingly atmospheric, contemporary with friendly professional staff. We used their facilities for Sauna, Steam and massages and Yoga. We highly recommend these services. Shiva is an experienced yogi and masseuse. The Adult pool area offers super comfortable beds, cabanas, infinity pool, endless fluffy towels, shade from the giant palm trees. This contrasts favourably to the other two pools for families where the atmosphere is not quite as luxurious. The beds are not as comfortable, there is little shade and it has a lot of concrete surrounding it. So quite a different ambience. The beach unfortunately has a large metal fence blocking the remainder of the beach which looks like a new development. I don’t like to end on a criticism because we all had a wonderful holiday and would return. The interiors reflect the region beautifully and well worth taking the time to wander around the reception area to check out the art work. It was a peaceful and safe haven in these unusual times.

One of the best resort in the UAE. Perfect for families surrounded by amazing mountains. The gym has a beautiful view of the mountains and it has all the equipment three weights and machines. The service is very fast and excellent. The hotel is located on a hill and it goes down to the beach with several elevations there is an adult swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxation when the kids are busy. The kids club is amazing and girlie who works there is super nice with kids and professional. There are two more swimming pools for families. One of them is one meter depth, which is perfect for kids. My daughter learned or she taught herself how to swim there because of this height the food is pretty good and the beach is really really nice. Akmal at the restaurant is super kind, friendly and professional. Abdul at the restaurant as well is very friendly and professional. Other amazing people were Katia at the front office. His dedication and personal touch made our dining experience unforgettable. We would also like to thank Udav, the waiter, for his excellent service. He was always polite, attentive, and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Special thanks to Sunil, who took care of cleaning our room. Every day we returned to a perfectly clean, cozy room with many lovely little touches that made us feel truly cared for. His work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated. We wish the hotel continued success, prosperity, and many happy guests. Thank you for the wonderful emotions and beautiful memories — we will definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return again!
