Amazing hotel. Outstanding breakfast experience. Specially the service from Diani. The hospitality that she displayed is wonderful. Rare indeed to find a person who’s really passionate about their job. Food was great.

We have been visiting the UAE for over 25 years, and this was our third visit to Anantara in just three years. There is a very good reason we keep coming back! The resort is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai to provide a peaceful and relaxing escape, while still being close enough to enjoy a day or evening in the city whenever you wish. For us, what really sets Anantara apart is the exceptionally high level of customer care. We are yet to find better service anywhere else in the UAE. From the moment we arrive, we are made to feel genuinely welcomed, valued and looked after. The hotel is maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and the food is always fresh, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Every member of the Anantara team goes out of their way to make your stay special, and their attention to detail really does make a difference. We did have a small issue during this visit, but what impressed us most was the way the management handled it. They listened, acted quickly and resolved the situation in a way that far exceeded our expectations. In fact, rather than putting us off, it has made us even more determined to return! We are already looking forward to booking our fourth visit to Anantara.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Mekong. The restaurant is beautiful, and the over-water pod seating made the evening even more special. Food was good, especially the Pad Thai and desserts, but what really made the night memorable was the service. A special thanks to Nandan, who took great care of us and helped arrange the birthday cake and my surprise gift for my wife perfectly. She was genuinely surprised and very happy. A beautiful setting, great service and a memorable birthday evening. Highly recommended!
