I had the best birthday experience ever at this hotel, and honestly, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly do not regret staying here at all. This hotel made my birthday unforgettable, and I’m so grateful for the incredible hospitality and kindness I received. A very special thank you to Lily, Adel, and Ali for making my stay beyond amazing. Each one of them deserves recognition and appreciation for their outstanding service and the effort they put into making guests feel special. Lily is honestly one of the sweetest and most professional people I have ever met. She handled everything with so much care, kindness, and professionalism. She always made sure everything was perfect and constantly gave her best in every interaction. Her warm personality and genuine kindness made me feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. She truly goes above and beyond for guests. Adel was absolutely amazing as well. He is so funny, energetic, and has such a wonderful personality that completely changes the atmosphere and makes everything more enjoyable. He kept checking on me back and forth to make sure I didn’t need anything, and his service was incredibly fast and attentive. I really appreciated the way he spoke, the positive energy he brought, and how much effort he put into making my experience memorable. He genuinely made my birthday even happier. Adel was also exceptional and deserves so much appreciation. He worked so hard, always did his absolute best, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out during my stay, and I really appreciated all the effort he put in to make my experience special. I genuinely hope Lily, Ali, and Adel get the recognition and reward they deserve because they gave me one of the best birthday experiences I’ve ever had. We had really great time in this hotel, the staff is amazing, fine dining restaurants, great beach, the sand is clean, the water in the sea is also clear. The hotel is new, the rooms are big and each room has sea view. We really enjoyed our stay here. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Alexey for his professionalism.
