SO/ Ras Al Khaimah

We stayed at this hotel on an Ultra All-Inclusive basis and had an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel itself is a true work of art — incredibly stylish, modern, and beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. Every corner feels like a perfect photo spot, and we took so many beautiful pictures during our stay. The food was also outstanding — everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Shamma, our wonderful waitress, for her kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service. We would also like to give a special mention to the room service team, Rafi and Ruwiya. Thank you for making our stay even more comfortable and for always being so helpful and attentive. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and will remember this hotel very fondly. Beautiful design, delicious food, exceptional service, and such a wonderful atmosphere — we would definitely love to come back!

Our housekeeping supervisor and Khin were amazing. Our room was serviced perfectly and early! From check in to check out our stay was ideally curated. Thank you, we will definitely be back for a stay.

Resto and Bo Nann are fantastic, professional and kind. Our room was looked after beautifully. Such lovely young men with a bright future ahead. 5 stars

We had such an amazing time at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and what really stood out was how friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful every member of staff was. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Kusha at the bar, who was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. Kushal was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome. The service and attention to detail really added to our experience and made our time at the bar even more enjoyable. The whole team deserves a huge amount of credit. You could tell that the staff genuinely wanted guests to have a great time, and that made such a difference. Whether it was helping with something, checking that everything was okay, or simply having a friendly conversation, everyone was fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the people and the level of service that really make the experience special. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire SO/ Ras Al Khaimah team, and especially Kusha, for making our stay so enjoyable. You were all amazing!

A Beautiful Stay at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah ✨ My stay at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah was a truly wonderful experience. From the stylish design and relaxed atmosphere to the quality of the food and attentive service, everything contributed to a very pleasant and memorable stay. One of the highlights was the dining experience at The Market. I would especially like to thank the restaurant team for their exceptional attentiveness. The service was always professional, warm, and thoughtful, making every meal a genuinely enjoyable experience. A special thank you to Zhuldyz and Bindia, who I had the pleasure of meeting at The Market and Concept Store. Their warmth, kindness, and personal attention made me feel especially welcome. It was lovely to experience such genuine care, and I truly appreciate the way they looked after me throughout my stay. I would also like to give special recognition to Karthie from the beach team.
