Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort

Vsechno bylo perfektni. Hotel ma skvely system krasnych bazenu, je tam klid. Na plaz je to kousek. Lehatek je vsude dostatek z toho jsme byli nadseni!!! Zadne rezervace rucniky a podobne, u more i u bazenu. Obsluha byla skvela. Vsichni zamestnanci byli mili a snatili se splnit vsechna nase prani. Jidlo bylo vynikajici. Pouze jedna vec, ktera nam vadila, kdyz mate pokoj v hlavni budove, nemuzeze spat s otevrenym balkonem, neboť je dole trochu hluk, ale kdo spi v klimatizaci a zavreny, tak mu to vadit nebude. My mame radi morsky vzduch v noci, takze toto nas trochu trapilo.nicmene jinak velka spokojenost se vsim! Diky vsem zamestnancum hotelu!

On checking in at reception Elmera was really helpful and knowledgeable we arrived very tired via Thailand and she let us have an early check in so we could rest

We had the most wonderful few days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived in reception and being greeted by such friendly & helpful staff to our late checkout the Sofitel lived up to all expectations. We stayed in a beach front suite which provided a beautiful garden with direct access to the beach. The room was spotless and we were presented with chocolates & fruit on arrival being a birthday celebration and also had club access with drinks & nibbles provided on the terrace whilst watching the beautiful sunsets. There was a number of pools with a vast amount of sunbeds & umbrellas and children's facilities. The buffet breakfast was plentiful so much choice you could not starve where you could sit either inside or outside the restaurant. Also there were resident cats that roamed the hotel grounds & restaurant but being a cat lover and seeing how well these cats were looked after posed no problem to us. Also this is a dog-friendly hotel. To sum up our experience we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be able to visit again in the near future.

We have visiting Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah over the years since it opened there and even before when it was part of the Hilton Group. Always loved it and looked forward to returning but live it even more when Accor took it over and refurbished it and restyled it. We just love everything about the hotel but what really sets it apart from the other hotels nearby and even afar, is how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Some of the staff from eight at the doors to the Hotel with their warm welcoming smile like Christofeen to bar staff like the one and only amazing Swami who we just love. He makes us and others feel like ViPs. The food at Waka is always amazing and the happy hour is just brilliant. Dorra and Charlotte who always remember us make us feel special and welcomed. Well done to the management on making this hotel one of the best beach resorts in the world.

We stayed with our family and two small children at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, and we absolutely loved it! The hotel left us with the best impressions. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly, always attentive and ready to help. For families with children, the hotel is just perfect. There is a kids club where we went with our daughters, and they really enjoyed it. Everything is very clean and well organized. There is also a children’s restroom and babysitters available, which is very convenient for parents. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, and very well maintained. The beach is huge and the sea is simply amazing! The only recommendation is to bring aqua shoes. The food deserves special praise. There was a huge variety and everything was very diverse — no one in our family ever stayed hungry. There was also a great selection of drinks and desserts — it was hard to choose because everything looked so good! We especially appreciated that the staff always listened to our preferences and took them into account — that is very valuable. A special thank you to Thin, who was always very kind and welcoming to us and our family, and to the entire team!
