Hotel Mercure London Earls Court

Just had a couple of nights there with our extremely lively 5-year-old granddaughter. The staff in general could not have been more welcoming towards her, but would like to particularly mention Ayesha in the restaurant who was so kind to her. The food in the restaurant was also good. The hotel is very attractive throughout. The bedroom was compact and the bathroom was a little too small but the room was comfortable, clean and very attractively decorated and furnished. Just five minutes walk to West Brompton tube station was an added bonus. We would definitely pay a return visit mostly because of the wonderful staff team.

Our stay at Ibis Earls Court hotel exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, kind and attentive, and always willing to help! Accomodated our request for interconnecting rooms and late checkout.Special thanks to Rahul and Adams. Rooms are modern and comfortable, though a mini fridge is missing. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food at Barnaby's restaurant is delicious (we had lunch 4 times throughout our 6 day stay)! Overall, this hotel offers hospitality, excellent facilities, outstanding service and it is affordable!

Best priced in the area and wonderful quality hotel. Bed was massive which is always a win for us. Only issue was the air conditioning was more like air cooling, which they do explain, so when we’re went during a heatwave and it was 30 degrees outside, the room itself only went down to about 24/25. I was pregnant at the time and we left due to this as I wanted something cooler. But everything else about it was spot on! If it wasn’t for the heatwave we’ve had had a lovely stay.
