Hotel Mercure London Earls Court

I stayed at your hotel for a business trip from August 30 to September 5. ​Overall, the location was great, and both the cleanliness and size of the room were excellent. However, the lack of a refrigerator in the room was quite inconvenient. I had items that needed to be kept chilled, so for a whole week, I had to repeatedly leave my ice packs at the front desk to freeze and then put them back in my cooler bag. ​Fortunately, a staff member named Rana was incredibly helpful. Despite the daily hassle, she always assisted me with a warm and friendly smile, allowing me to keep my items chilled without any issues. Furthermore, Rana provided me with the exact invoice required for my company's expense report. ​Thanks to Rana, my overall impression of IBIS Hotel improved significantly. While all the staff members were kind, I would especially like to praise Rana for her exceptional service.

Fantastic newly refurbished hotel. The staff are amazing. FRAN let me leave my luggage as I arrived early to go to a chelsea early kick off game. He was so professional. Thank you FRAN.

My Wife and I stayed here last night as we had a show at the Empress. This hotel is in a perfect location. Short walking distance to the bars, restaurants and the Empress. First impression was good, clean and very modern. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a major leak opposite our room. We got back to the hotel to have a drink in the bar but was told we had to take our drink and sit in reception as the water had got into the bar from the 3rd floor. This was completely out of the hotels hands so it was not their fault, just one of those things. We would absolutely return to this hotel as the area was great and as I said, location was perfect!

Just had a couple of nights there with our extremely lively 5-year-old granddaughter. The staff in general could not have been more welcoming towards her, but would like to particularly mention Ayesha in the restaurant who was so kind to her. The food in the restaurant was also good. The hotel is very attractive throughout. The bedroom was compact and the bathroom was a little too small but the room was comfortable, clean and very attractively decorated and furnished. Just five minutes walk to West Brompton tube station was an added bonus. We would definitely pay a return visit mostly because of the wonderful staff team.

Our stay at Ibis Earls Court hotel exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, kind and attentive, and always willing to help! Accomodated our request for interconnecting rooms and late checkout.Special thanks to Rahul and Adams. Rooms are modern and comfortable, though a mini fridge is missing. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food at Barnaby's restaurant is delicious (we had lunch 4 times throughout our 6 day stay)! Overall, this hotel offers hospitality, excellent facilities, outstanding service and it is affordable!
