We had a wonderful stay at Riu! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, the staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Excellent service and a great overall experience, we would definitely come back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Riu. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The food was good with a nice variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The main downside was the lifts. They are not very spacious, and during our stay, one of the two lifts was under maintenance. This sometimes resulted in longer waiting times, especially during busy hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to visit again.

The hotel is located right by the sea, which makes the atmosphere even more beautiful and relaxing. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, especially during the morning and evening. The surroundings were peaceful, clean, and perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable and well maintained, and the overall experience was beyond my expectations. I truly appreciated the great hospitality and attention to detail from the hotel team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful seaside location, excellent service, and a peaceful place to relax. I would happily visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at RIU Sri Lanka from August 28th to 30th, travelling with our office colleagues and their families. While we enjoyed the hotel and the time together, one of the highlights for us as parents was seeing our two kids happily engaged in the creative activities at RIULand. They really enjoyed doing creative work and participating in the activities, and it was lovely to see them having fun, being creative, and making their own little memories during our stay. A special thanks to Nestha from the RIULand team for her wonderful care, enthusiasm, and active engagement with the kids. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure the children felt comfortable and involved. Her genuine effort and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable for our kids. It was truly a memorable experience for them, and as parents, it was heartwarming to see them so happy and excited. Thank you to the RIU Sri Lanka team, and especially Nestha, for making our family stay even more special. We will definitely cherish these memories! ❤️ Highly recommended for families travelling with children!
