Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn

Excellent location near station and the cable car, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent but the fish courses at evening dinner were disappointing and not hot. The one night we had a buffet dinner was very popular, perhaps this could be provided more often? One of our party needed a refrigerator to keep medication bit the rooms don't have them, the management were reluctant to provide one but our Crystal rep was fantastic and pushed for this, making himself unpopular with the hotel management but he got this sorted (shame it took this effort to get a result). Absolute highlight was Gustav, one of the waiters who played piano one evening. It would have been nice if he could play every evening and I'm sure the bar turnover would benefit!

Beautiful stay in Wengen in June 2025. We stayed for a week in mid June with our small dog. The pet fee is reasonable per night. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient to the train station and to the gondola up to Mannlichen. Our room overlooked the valley and train station and we were not bothered by the sound of the trains. The views were lovely. The pool a welcome respite visiting during a very warm week.

Location: Accessible to all Interlaken sites, transpo just a Minute walk Food: breakfast is yummy though same every day Dinner: some meat dishes were really overcooked Amenities: WiFi is good, spa, sauna, jacuzzi and pool relaxes you after a hike Staff: friendly specially those at the reception, lacking personell in the breakfast and dinner area Hotel itself. Slightly worn out but maintained, personally would comment on the Carpets all around the hotel specially in the dining room, really dirty and stained.

We stayed at Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn in September 2025, and we came back home with a new family in our hearts. We want to sincerely thank: Elisa, Gaetano, Florencia, Romina, Pedro, Milos and Santiago for making every breakfast and dinner feel so special — we were surrounded by care and attention. And a big thank you to all the chefs for the delicious food! A heartfelt thanks to Martin and Faro at the reception for their warm welcome and incredible helpfulness — their advices for the excursions were always great, as weel as their sunny smile. We also want to thank all the other staff members who work at the hotel, we didn’t get the chance to meet personally, but they make the hotel run so smoothly and comfortable for every guest. This is one amazing hotel!! The rooms were quiet, clean, and has plenty of space with amazing views. The facility has a indoor pool and an amazing outside spa with great views (the outside spa can be booked private). The location was steps from the train and had lots of shops nearby. We took the lift to the top of the mountain which had hiking trails, playground for kids, and a nice restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for any traveler.
