Hotel Gstaaderhof

The location of this hotel is too good on the road itself. Room size was nice and rooms were super clean. Process of check in was also smooth and fast. nice hotel with no sound and peaceful place. sitting outside on chairs and siping your drink gives you a nice view. Atmosphere nearby this hotel was so much beautiful and hard to describe in words. Room size was very good and balcony was too beautiful and good to sit there with cup of tea. on arrival they offer you a drink as welcome drink which is superb and you must take it. This hotel has a specific kids room as well which is very good concept. My daughter loves it. Staff was very friendly and helpful always smiling. Breakfast here was too nice and tasty. They also cook some items on your order. the area and the way of decoration was ultimate. we enjoyed staying here.

Fabulous Hotel in a central location in the Village. Staff were very friendly & welcoming & could not do enough for us . Restaurant & bar were lovely & food very good. Rooms were great & cleaned regularly & stocked up with products. All just perfect.

Excellent hotel, 3 minutes from the centre of the town by foot, warm welcome, kind people and beautiful rooms with great views

We were booked in here via a travel agency at the end of a two week trek on the Via Alpina. It was the nicest place we stayed at. From the welcome drink to the room we found this place wonderful. Were I to return to Gstaad - and I’d love to - I’d book here for sure.

A great stay, including a comfortable room, efficient and friendly staff, excellent food and cleanliness (even by Swiss standards !). The hotel’s location is also top, near the village centre, the train station and bus stops. The negatives are hard to find. The only thing I can think of is part of the wellness area. When taking a shower you have to constantly push the cold/hot button for the water to flow. But this is really nitpicking.
