Lindner Grand Hotel - Beau Rivage

The hotel is very outdated and the rooms do not have AC. The ventilation in the room was very poor despite open windows and a bedside fan. The fitness center advertised is also a few cardio machines with several decades old bench equipment and is open to the pool so the temperature is very hot. Totally not worth the money. I ended up cutting my stay short and left a day early.

Beautiful hotel from the outside. But the rooms are an absolute dump. Water stains on the wallpaper carpets are worn and ugly no air-conditioning no ventilation fans can’t get the job done. All the furniture is Old gated and worn out. Vinyl floor is buckling. pillows are just chopped up Styrofoam..It says it’s a five star but it absolutely is Not. Come here and enjoy a drink even the restaurant that will all be fine, but do not stay here. This was part of a Tauck tour. They’ve always had us in good hotels. I don’t know what they were thinking.
