Faern Crans-Montana Valaisia

Location of Valaisia is right near the Gondola and just a quick trip down the escalators into town. Breakfast and dinner was to a high standard. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious with comfy beds. The pool, spa, sauna, cold pool and steam room were a highlight after a days skiing. Followed by a drink in the lovely barbecue dinner. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a great stay In Crans Montana. Do recommend the bus from the Funicular into town and then up the escalators. Rather than walking although it is doable in the right conditions.

We first stayed at this hotel in February, and enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to come back to the exact same place. Crans Montana is of course a beautiful place, but the hotel is situated ideally for skiers access to the slopes and also for diners and shoppers to access to the town. During our last visit, we discovered that the hotel has been sold, so we hope the new owners don’t mess it up!

Great location, lovely views, very friendly and helpful staff, good food, spa facilities are excellent, comfortable and well equipped rooms.

We stayed a week at Hotel Valaisia for a group ski trip. Nothing but good things to say. Staff is helpful and attentive. The food (we ate breakfast and dinner together) was wonderful. The rooms were nice. The Arnouva gondola is very close. And the walk back to the hotel after skiing is all downhill. The escalator to the town square and back was also easy to get to.

Super ! people at the hotel were super kind to make the experience even better !
