Our stay at Lux was nothing short of amazing. From the beauty of the hotel itself, the stunning rooms and even better staff and hospitality- safe to say it’s a trip we will never forget. Thank you Anne and Hosaam for seeing to my every request. And to all the staff around the hotel who took care of us. Our kids felt so spoilt! To Mildred, Mrisho, Jackson, pendo, yasmin , Stella, Abdul and anyone I have forgotten to mention that took care of us… Asante! We will definitely be back, and this time for longer!

We had such a lovely experience at Lux Marijani. The place is beautiful, from the views to the ambience and the whole atmosphere. Everything just felt so peaceful and well put together. The buffet dinner was honestly one of the highlights for us. I can’t lie, the variety of food was amazing! There were so many options to choose from, and we really enjoyed trying different dishes. The staff were also amazing ,very friendly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Lux Marijani. Beautiful place, great food, amazing staff and such a lovely atmosphere. Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again..Definately coming over again and again.My heart is still in thiss place

We’ve just enjoyed 11 nights at Lux Marijani following a safari and it has provided just the chilling break we needed. The service is the best we have come across, staff and management are a real credit to the hotel. Our room had everything we needed and more and the gardens are spectacular. We loved the beach, there was never a problem getting a bed and the sea was lovely and warm although yes the tide is sometimes out but that provides an opportunity to explore. The food is fine but for a longer stay you really need access to the à la carte. All in all a great holiday experience. Paul and Tracey.

From the minute we arrived, until the minute we left, we had a fantastic time. If, like us, you prefer a quieter and more relaxed hotel, this is the place for you. Set in beautifully tended grounds, it is strikingly clean everywhere. Our room, an executive garden room, was very large and had a huge, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a shower as well as a bath and there was an outdoor shower too. The room facilities included coffee and tea making equipment, a smart TV, and a well stocked mini fridge. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. Although the room had a mosquito net, the turn down service also included mosquito spray and we didn't get bitten once. I suspect this was also in part to the hotel treating the grounds on occasion too. Without question, the hotel's most outstanding feature is the staff. They really are the most genuinely friendly, kind and charming people we have encountered. We were always greeted with a smile, their service was attentive and anything was dealt with immediately. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I wish we could name everyone, but particular thanks go to Furahar, Mrisho, Mustafa and Martin. Last but not least, what a beautiful beach. Fine white sand and clear, reasonably calm water, with palms and coconut trees that finish off the hotel perfectly. Private security gives a peace of mind, but the local beach vendors don't take liberties and never come close to hotel guests. If you want something from them, just go to them. We had a fantastic fortnight and thank the management and staff of the Lux* Marijani for looking after us so well. You are a credit to the company you work for.
