Our experience at the 51st Floor Club Lounge at Centara Grand at CentralWorld , Bangkok was truly unforgettable, and it was made so by the extraordinary care and warmth of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed not just as guests, but as valued people, and that kind of genuine hospitality leaves a lasting impression. A very special appreciation goes to Mr. Muek, whose leadership is evident in every detail of the lounge. He leads with quiet confidence, grace, and a deep sense of service, and it is clear that his example inspires the entire team to deliver excellence with heart. Under his care, the lounge is not only well run, but filled with a spirit of kindness and professionalism that is rare and deeply appreciated. We would also like to warmly commend Jay, Lily, Alex, and Mayya, whose attentive, cheerful, and thoughtful service made our visit feel personal and meaningful. Their smiles, patience, and sincerity stood out beautifully, and they made every interaction feel effortless and special. It is easy to see that they work with pride and that they truly care about the guests they serve. Best location, services, room is clean and I stay at club level, great atmosphere. The gym is amazing. Kun Pasakom , bellman is good. The shopping malls just next door, convinience location.

For this trip, I stayed at this hotel and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is amazing, the room is clean, the view is beautiful, and there are so many great photo spots. It’s perfect for a relaxing and chill getaway 🏝️✨ But the real highlight for me is the swimming pool area! It’s sooo nice, both the vibe and the drinks are great. And especially the pool bar staff — there’s a male staff member who is super friendly and easy to talk to. He’s really talkative in a good way, gives great drink recommendations, and makes you feel comfortable right away 🍹😆 It honestly feels like more than just staying at a hotel — it’s like getting to relax and make a new friend at the same time. If you enjoy a laid-back atmosphere with friendly, fun people to chat with, you definitely have to check this place out 💙 Overall, I’m really impressed with both the place and the service. I would definitely come back again! 🌊✨
