Centara Grand & Bangkok at CentralWorld

I had the pleasure of staying at the this hotel twice in last 3 months. The location is unbeatable. We upgraded to Junior Suite. With that comes Club access. Which is such a nice thing to have. Moreover the breakfast on 24th floor is about the grandest breakfast possible. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed at Centara Grand at Centralworld for 5 days and 4 nights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.A special thank you goes to the bellboys, Mr. Nueng and Mark (I hope I got their names right!). On our departure day, they went out of their way to help us find our driver and ensured we boarded our car smoothly. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Centara Grand at CentralWorld! The hotel is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Muk, Love, Necolle, Shanelle, Jay, Fah, Alex, Williams, and Laelae for making our visit so memorable. Every one of them was warm, professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel genuinely welcome. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and highly recommend Centara Grand to anyone looking for a genuine 5 star experience. We can’t wait to come back!

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious, high-quality food. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and there were so many options to choose from. I really enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to Drey, who took such great care of us during breakfast. He was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His warm and professional service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Hotel, at an excellent location, as we were there for shopping. The rooms where very clean and big, we had a lovely club deluxe superior room and a beautiful junior suite, with a big walk in closet, big bathroom with his and hers sink, big bathtub, all the amenities you could need and Balmain shampoo, conditioner, bath wash and body lotion. The bed was amazing. The Club Lounge situated at the 51st floor was great, with very nice and attentive staff. Good snacks through the day, though was expecting a bit more choices and variety. Beautiful views over the city, and very good coffee. The breakfast at the Lounge was lovely with all you would want to eat; both western, thai and Arabic choices. They have a big gym which was really great, and a lovely Spa. We had sunset drinks at Guru rooftop Champagne Bar; Amazing!! Must be the best rooftop views in Bangkok! Lovely staff, with excellent service! We had dinner at Uno Mas, great food and amazing views from open windows, and again; great service. We also had dinner at Ventisi, which offers both buffet and à la carte. Very good food also here. And great service. Last but not least we had coffee and lunch at Mill & Co before leaving for the airport. Very good sandwiches and great Starbucks coffee. Staff all around was great and always greeted us with a smile, which was so appreciated. We would definitely come back.
