Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort and Villas

Wonderful experience! We stayed 3 nights, amazing facilities and everything was great. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, we had dinner at the beach restaurant and Wakim’s service was excellent. Overall an amazing experience and the hotel’s staff was very friendly and helpful🙂

Our stay at Anantara Koh Yao Yai was incredible and the resort is gorgeous, but the real highlight was the amazing team who made us feel so special, starting with Junior and Jina who took such wonderful care of us the entire time and a huge thank you to Chef Sor for serving up seriously good food that completely hit the spot, alongside the rest of the staff like Tar, Rub, Bam, Best and Ting who were all super friendly and welcoming, leaving us with zero doubts that we want to return.

Another great Anantara hotel! Having stayed at a number of Anantara properties over the years, the brand remains a particular favourite of ours, and Yao Yai certainly didn’t disappoint. The resort itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic, but what really makes this place special are the people. Yao Yai is a wonderful island, filled with some of the friendliest and most welcoming local people we have met. Our host August was amazing, touching in with us every day and always making sure everything was good and we had everything we needed. The spa was another highlight. The team were fantastic and the treatments were excellent and definitely well worth doing during your stay. Breakfast was great every morning, with a really good choice, but again it was the staff that made the difference. Special mention to Amm, Bow, May, Chuk and Aum who always went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Overall, another fantastic Anantara experience and a brilliant stay on Yao Yai. Very highly recommended and we would definitely return!

Great location! Clean and tasty! The food is delicious! Service was excellent (priew) no bad word to say! The tenderlion was amazing and the catch of the day was one of the greatest we ever eat. Definitely comeback!
