Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort

This resort was amazing!!!! Them people were very sweet and helpful. Tee especially, he was one of the cart drivers that made this experience a pleasure. The food is great, the pool is great, the sight scene is lovely.all around 10/10

Fantastic hotel with exceptional customer service. A little hilly but the golf buggies are a welcomed addition getting to and from your room. All in all, a great experience. The pool area is huge and overlooks the beach. Breakfast has lots of options and staff are very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Phuket in June 2026. The location is stunning – right near the beach, yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have beautiful views. The whole resort feels luxurious and well-maintained. But the real highlight of our trip was Zai – one of the staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always had a warm smile. Whether it was helping with recommendations or just checking in on us, she made our experience feel personal and special. Thank you, Zai – you're a gem! The only small downside is that the on-site restaurants are a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent. Overall, we highly recommend Grand Hyatt Phuket and would love to come back again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket and can highly recommend this hotel. What stood out the most was the fantastic staff in the Executive Lounge. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, professional, and courteous. They consistently provided outstanding service and made every visit a pleasure. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping team. The room attendant was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely perfect every day, and it was clear that great care and attention went into maintaining the highest standards. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The entire resort grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Another highlight was the excellent buggy service. Transportation from my room to all hotel facilities was always fast, convenient, and efficient, making it very easy to get around the property. Most importantly, every member of the hotel team was genuinely friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation without any worries. Room 9017 has also a brilliant Sea View which I really liked. Thank you to the entire Hyatt Regency Phuket team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.
