Our business trip to Hyatt Regency Phuket was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire stay exceeded expectations and every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A huge thank you to the event managers, Benz and Fon, who made planning and executing our meetings and activities seamless. Communication was easy from the very beginning, and they ensured every detail was handled perfectly. The meeting staff, especially New and Brownie, were beyond amazing. Their level of attentiveness was unmatched — every drink was constantly topped off, doors were always opened for us, shuttles were ready exactly when needed, and they somehow anticipated needs before we even realized them ourselves. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The culinary team was phenomenal as well. We had the opportunity to meet several of the chefs, and the pastry chef even sent us a delicious banana bread recipe after we returned home which was such a thoughtful touch! The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous views throughout the resort. The Regency Club views are breathtaking, the spa was peaceful and incredibly relaxing, and Casa Boho is an absolute must-visit. One of the highlights of our trip was the Master Chef Challenge team activity. Not only was it fantastic for team bonding, but the staff running it brought such incredible energy, fun, and laughter to the experience. It was one of the most memorable afternoons of the trip. The resort is built into a cliff side so quite steep walk depending where your room is but that was never an issue because the hotel was ready with plenty of shuttles available to get you wherever you need to go. We left feeling so well taken care of and cannot wait to return. Thank you to everyone at Hyatt Regency Phuket for making our business trip feel so special!

We had a great experience. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a huge room with an outdoor jacuzzi, and a great view of the sunset. The breakfast which we purchased both days was excellent, and definitely worth the price. We also took a Muay Thai class, which was such a fun experience and the instructor was great. The hotel is located on a hill, so having the carts available all day (and very quickly) was very convenient. The chocolate cake they left for us as a honeymoon gift was also really good. Would gladly stay there again.

A beautiful property with a wonderful, friendly staff and beautiful pool. While the property is on a hillside, the golf carts are always available for rides and the hills afford great views of the water. The restaurants are all great and worth visiting. We were upgraded to a room with a whirlpool which was a fantastic upgrade as those rooms have amazing views of the ocean. The only downside is the property is far from town and the nearby beach is rocky. However the hotel runs a daily shuttle service to town and the pool is a great alternative. Overall it was a great stay and we'll revisit!
