M Social Hotel Phuket

AU was really good in house keeping , and always on time , thank u AU for all ur service

We really enjoyed our stay at M Social Hotel Phuket. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The location was definitely the standout for us. Everything you need is right next door or within easy walking distance, including bars, pubs, restaurants, Big C supermarket, shops, and markets. It was so convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phuket.

Great hotel in a great location central to just about everything. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds super comfortable which I loved. Our first night was very quiet but the next night the guest next door was very loud and and was up all night which I hated. The customer service was superb I have no complaints.

We had an excellent experience at M Social Hotel Phuket, and I would especially like to express our sincere appreciation to Tangkwa for her outstanding service. From the moment we interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, professional, respectful, and always willing to help. Her warm and friendly attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the way Tangkwa treated not only us, but also the other hotel guests. She was always attentive, patient, polite, and handled every interaction with a smile and great professionalism. She clearly cares about the comfort and satisfaction of the guests, and her excellent communication and service made a real difference to our experience. Tangkwa is a wonderful representative of the hotel and a true example of excellent hospitality. Employees like her are one of the main reasons guests remember a hotel positively and want to return. Thank you very much, Tangkwa, for your kindness, your help, your beautiful attitude, and the excellent service you provided to us. You truly made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. We highly appreciate everything you did for us and wish you all the success you deserve. Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to stay here again.
