Superb vacation at Msocial Phuket. From check in, customer experience and also facilities. Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and each encounter was a dream. Fantastic location with Jungceylon mall and Central mall just downstairs. Shopping and food was extremely easy. I would like to call out front desk staff, Mercedes. She is one of a kind and so helpful and caring. Makes my experience extra special. She is a detailed and hands on, helpful person and deserves to be promoted. Wonderful team of customer front staff. I would certainly choose MSocial phuket once again if I come back to Phuket for my next vstion which I hope to be soon.

Mercedes, Baitong and Victor have given us excellent hospitality. I love my stay over there. Staff is very polite and from hygienic perspective as well hotel is good
