Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Restaurants were exceptional, thoroughly recommend the SteakHouse. Lots of pools with activities for everyone. Nighttime entertainment very good. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you.

We have stayed in RIU and RIU palace hotels before really enjoyed every stay but have to say this was the best .Everything was excellent, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, food was great with so many choices and the location is bit away from the busy areas but taxis and grab are easily available.

Having stayed at RIU resorts for some 30 years, RIU Palace Phuket, is an exceptional new resort. From the Assistant General Manager (who was fantastic), and to all his staff, RIU was excellent. We’ve already booked again for 2027 and very much look forward to seeing the RIU team again. Well done to Carlos and team. Regards Andrea & Graham
