Eden Yasmine Resort and SPA

Very Disappointing Hammam and Massage Experience I visited the spa today and booked a package that included a hammam (Turkish bath) and a massage. The steam sauna was barely warm and felt colder than the outside temperature. I was allowed to come back in the evening to try again, and the temperature was a few degrees higher, but the experience was still absolutely terrible. I have visited several hammams before, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. It was a complete waste of money. The massage was also very disappointing. It was supposed to be a medium-pressure, anti-stress massage, but as a big man, I expected a proper massage with some pressure. Instead, it felt like someone was simply rubbing oil onto my body without applying any real pressure. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa, especially the hammam. Save your money and look for a better experience elsewhere.

I had a lovely stay at Eden. I was checked in promptly by Ridha, he was very professional and friendly and offered me a very warm welcome. My room was lovely and clean and when I entered I could smell fresh bedding and everything was perfect. The pool area is amazing! Bar staff are also excellent, very welcoming and friendly, especially Rim she was lovely and always available for me. The waiting staff at meal times were also fantastic, especially Jihed and Najla, they made my stay here complete and I will miss them now that I am leaving. Jihed and Najla are exceptional and an asset to the hotel, I would visit again just to see them and I hope that when I return in a couple of months I get to see them again. They made me feel very welcome and safe. This is my favourite hotel I have visited in Tunisia and I am a regular visitor to this beautiful country. Jihed and Naha I will miss you very much 💛💛

Be warned this hotel has a large portion of the complex which is also a CARE HOME for the elderly and infirm.! Secondly YASMINE area is NOT I repeat NOT Hammamet..You won’t be told this when booking. By far the worst hotel we have ever been to in 30 years.. 3 nights here couldn’t have gone quick enough. Rooms are rough…!! and we had a so called suite..😂 We never once ate in the hotel except for a scrambled egg for breakfast. The food is abysmal. Except for the first day we arrived that’s when the politeness with the staff ended, not that we needed to ask them anything. Most of them had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. Too many negatives to mention. Believe me when I say book somewhere else..

Just returned from this hotel where we had fabulous service from all staff. It's a beautiful hotel just about 11 minutes walk to a private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas. The food was amazing, No queue for drinks. The pool is spectacular. We had room 45 which was a treat although it is on ground floor and has no means of locking the patio door. Having said that, it had a free safe, fridge, and WiFi which worked at least around 95% of the time, so a great bonus. I didn't like the entertainment but that's just my personal choice, and I don't book hotels for that. Apart from lots of flies, which is nobody's fault, the only thing that spoiled my holiday was constant music morning till night by the pool, and at the beach. It was torturous. It was like listening to Eurovision song contest and no getting away from it. Everybody has a phone and headphones these days so why not have it peaceful part of the time. If it wasn't for the constant music at both beach and pool, I would rate this hotel 5 stars.

Interesting experience, clean hotel , very good location just few meters from the beach , the staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely I will come back again ,
