Nozha Beach

Pěkný hotel s krásnou pláží a čistým mořem. Pokoje světlé, opravené. Vždy s balkónem, na straně k bazénu vždy výhled na moře. Bazény čisté a voda teplá. Strava bohatá a některé dny speciální pokrmy. Personál milý a ochotný. Skvělé animace každý den! Od letiště vzdálenější, ale vše v tomto hotelu vám to vynahradí.

I am writing this after spending a 2 week holiday at Nozha Beach with my 14 year old son and husband. Overall we had a lovely holiday, most staff are exceptionally lovely, friendly and welcoming, food is cooked fresh and we never had an issue eating - however it was a mixed experience and a definite lack of consistency over service and quality of guest treatment. Negatives: We had requested a low floor room due to joint issues - on arrival we were allocated a 2nd floor room. There was a patch of mould on the ceiling and around the air conditioning vent. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony despite 3 of us staying - this was rectified on request. The TV didn’t pick up signal - rectified on day 10 of our holiday despite reporting twice. Staff would sometimes take a drinks order and then forget to bring them to you. There is a distinct lack of spoons! You only get them at breakfast - then it’s small wooden ice cream tub style ones the rest of the time. The plastic cutlery outside is so fragile I ended up eating part of a fork prong with my waffle on one occasion! The beach bar staff are far from helpful, and really quite miserable. We got shouted at (literally!) for enjoying a drink on the edge of the pool - despite there being others clearly doing so with no action taken. We asked for a pharmacy, and were advised that in the morning they could call for one to attend the hotel. In the morning we did so and were told that this wasn’t a thing they offered, we even got smirked at for the suggestion, so we ended up having to spend 50 dinar on a taxi that should have cost 20 as no change given - beware! Then a friend we had made asked for a pharmacist a couple of days later - and they came to the hotel!!! Finally, On going for an early breakfast one day, someone had taken a huge loose bowel movement near the sun loungers, others had walked through it. It was utterly disgusting- on reporting to the duty manager, he laughed and advised it was from last night (like that mattered!) I even used Google translate to ensure he understood. When coming back the cleaning staff had been in and it was cleared thankfully! Positives: Lots of entertainment if you want it. Lots of lovely staff, Salma the pool lady is simply adorable and always smiling! 90% of the pool bar staff are superstars! Beach is fabulous, sandy beach, shallow clear waters and very safe. Pool is cleaned regularly and my son enjoyed the slides. Lifeguards are brilliant! Always on hand to help with parasols, finding sun loungers and keeping everyone safe. Donuts are to die for! Food is good for AI, lots freshly cooked. TUI night was great fun, though on our second week we noticed that lots of non-TUI guests had been given access too. The jasmine fragrance throughout the main building is gorgeous and very clean. Our waiter was superb! (Pic attached!) 10/10 🌟 ————————— Entertainment wise, we found on occasion it was a bit much. At one point a member was interrupting people’s evening meal to try and sell bingo tickets - unacceptable. It also wasn’t very clear what activities were on and whereabouts on site they would be held. We found that sometimes bar staff would come to your lounger and ask if you would like a drink, other times they just walked past you. I would suggest doing one or the other as the lack of clarity isn’t good customer service. So…. Would we go back - maybe if the price was right, but it wouldn’t be a first choice. A solid 3.5-4 out of 5 from me or 7/10 from our son.

The best thing about this hotel is the 5-star gym overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. I’ve never seen anything like it! Raed, the personal trainer, made us feel really comfortable and put together a personalised training plan for us. Usually, with an all-inclusive holiday, you come home feeling guilty about all the eating and drinking 😂 — but not this time! We had a daily gym routine and absolutely loved it. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay! 💪🏖️

We had a wonderful time at Nozha Beach. The pool is fantastic— as are the water slides, and having your own spot on the beach is fantastic. We were there at one of its busiest points but there was always a sun lounger available. There are a wide range of activities throughout the day and evening entertainment is fantastic. The food was really decent (it was a little repetitive in one servery at lunchtimes)— but I would strongly recommend eating at the beach restaurant which is a fantastic location to dine at, With the theme nights, it was always entertaining and it flowed well. There’s a good range of cocktails (definitely go for gin fizz!) and a nice range of snacks to enjoy. The rooms were clean and tidy, and we didn’t have any problems— they do check in regularly with you! On that note, all the staff are going above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. There’s no pressure and the team take a real pride in making sure you have a great experience. On our flight back, we spoke to a few people who’d had trouble with food, or space or service at their hotels. I can honestly say that we had no issues of this kind and had a fantastic stay at Nozha Beach Resort. Would highly recommend if you are going to Tunisia! TOP TIP— this isn’t linked to the hotel but look out for Ali Baba the camel on the beach for a ride— the friendly owner isn’t pushy and is really approachable. He put my children at ease and we had a wonderful experience (at a really reasonable price).

Just returned from a weeks stay in Tunisia, the hotel is well presented and spotlessly clean. The rooms are clean and tidy and the air conditioning is effective and was throughout our stay. If you want sun loungers around the pool area, then I am afraid you need to get up very early, we preferred the grass area which was adjacent to the beach restaurant and bar, it was central for all amenities and was easy to get a sunbed at all times. There are 3 pools, one that is for the slides, the large pool and the indoor (covered) pool. This was lovely as it was cooler than the main pools and nice to take some time out to cool down. The negative for this hotel is the food service, please don't get me wrong, everything we ate filled us up, but the variety / quality is not there for some of the main ingredients, and there are so many times you can eat pasta and Pizza. Some examples of the quality were the cooked meats which were either dry or very chewy, not the best quality, but you certainly wont starve. There is a good selection of fish available. The service aspects for the food can be explained that the amount of cook to order items does not justify the size of the hotel or the demand at meal times. Examples of this are the pancakes for breakfast (big queue everyday), Meat dishes and also the queue for the freshly squeezed orange juiced was just not worth it. The pool bar making crepes and waffles was a hit with our family and we used this most afternoons, which was a lovely touch We got to know some of the bar staff and gave them a few tips here and there, it was lovely to ask for a lovely chilled large glass for my beer. All of the staff within the hotel were extremely friendly and cannot dop enough for you The beach is lovely with soft golden sand and crystal clear water.
