TMK Hotel Flora Park by Turismark

Location not great but bus stop outside easy to use to go to hammamet north or nabeul , staff are friendly and cleaners are fantastic , food good variety and they do themed nights , plenty of choice and well cooked, cooking station at breakfast and evening meal , pool plenty of sunbeds and clean , private beach for hotel use 5 minutes walk but found lack of drinks unless you wanted beer or water but they let you bring your own drinks to beach from shop , room was spacious but more 3 star than 4 star, lack of kettle in room and drinks payable for meal times

⭐️ Very disappointing experience – would not recommend Unfortunately, our stay at TMK Flora Park was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from a holiday in Tunisia. The biggest issue was the behaviour of some of the hotel staff around the pool. We were repeatedly approached and asked for our phone numbers, which became uncomfortable and felt like borderline harassment. We were there to relax and enjoy our holiday, not to constantly deal with unwanted attention from staff. The food was also well below par. There was a very random selection of dishes, much of it was tasteless, and on one occasion we were served meat that appeared to be raw, which was extremely concerning. Overall, the food was one of the biggest let-downs of the stay. The one positive thing we can say is that our room was clean, and the hotel itself was generally kept clean. Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to make up for the other issues we experienced. Our airport transfer when leaving was also over an hour late. We repeatedly contacted the provided representative and were continually told, “It’s on the way, five minutes.” When the driver eventually arrived, he actually asked us, “Is something wrong with the bus? Why did you keep calling?” We explained that we had been waiting for over an hour because the transfer was supposed to have arrived much earlier. His response and attitude were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, this experience has left us very disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend TMK Flora Park, and unfortunately the issues we encountered have also put us off returning to Tunisia.

Just got back from our 4th stay at the Flora Park. The staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you. Very welcoming. The bar team work very hard looking after the guests to make sure they have the best time, the restaurant staff are very hard working looking after guests. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the dining table was decorated to make it special for us, and the cleaning staff work remarkably hard to keep the rooms spotless. Had so much fun at the pool with Sab and the aqua aerobics and water polo. We can't wait to visit again next year

Hotel clean, staff very friendly lovely rooms with balcony. Food was ok, depending on what you wanted to eat. They had a couple of nights which were special and the staff worked so so hard to put on a great night for the food.

Me and 3 others stayed here Friday-Friday and we had an absolutely incredible week! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The daily maids were great and left our beds looking adorable! The lifeguards and entertainment guys were so friendly and extremely helpful with everything. The only downside we had was the food, but we are very British when it comes to food so there wasn't much choice for her bland pallets. It was very exotic. However, outside the hotel there are plenty of options to eat that are not too expensive. It was my friends birthday while we were there and the staff were great! They decorated our table for breakfast and dinner and I was also able to buy a cake for her too which they put candles on and sung to her. Overall, would recommend and will definitely go back next year.
