Agaya Didim Resort Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, the selection of drinks was also great, and I especially enjoyed the cocktails at the bar next to the spa. I slept extremely well throughout my stay, and the balcony room was a wonderful addition. The hotel was very family-oriented, and there were relatively few English-speaking guests during my stay, which gave the hotel a more local atmosphere. A special thank you to Murat from the spa team. His kindness and genuine care made my spa experience exceptional. Despite the language barrier, he always made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The hammam experience was exceptionally relaxing, and the Jasmine Ritual treatment was truly beautiful, making it one of the highlights of my stay. I was also very impressed by the quality of service throughout the hotel. The chefs, bartenders, waiters, and other team members were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although not many staff members spoke English fluently, everyone did their very best to accommodate any request and make me feel comfortable. It was clear that staff genuinely cared about creating a wonderful experience for guests. There were a couple of minor things to note. The jacuzzi in the indoor pool was not working during my stay. Some of the spa facilities also felt outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. The indoor pool area, in particular, could be cleaner and better maintained. One small point of feedback concerns the ice cream service. As this is a very family-oriented hotel, it was surprising that ice cream was only available during limited hours, despite being stored in a freezer at the bar. This was a little disappointing for the children, who often wanted an ice cream outside the designated serving times. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed my time there.

The hotel is really nice and friendly the rooms are yet clean and you have everything you need they are cleaned every day and the tea and coffee and mini bar are refilled every day The staff are very friendly and polite and really helpful The food in the restaurant is very good and a lot of choices And the snack bar is amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel

The most customer focused hotel i have stayed in. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The hotel has just been taken over and the staff are trying so hard to improve their star rating, which won't take long. The outside beach bar served great food when you didn't want to eat in the main restaurant. The spa was superb with an excellent range of massages. Cats are around but are timid and only hang round if getting fed. Fresh omelette for breakfast was hand cooked to your liking. Angel, our waitress was so lovely. Great range of drinks. Reception couldn't be more hospitable with taxis, our room length extension, borrowing books. The only down side so early in the season was lack of kids for my son to play with and it is 5km for the main town that is ropey at best, in my opinion. Do not bother if you are English, the staff will either ignore you or make jokes between themselves clearly aimed at the English/British tourists. I have never felt more uncomfortable on holiday in all my life as my family and I were made to feel at this hotel, the staff don't even try to hide it, multiple times we seen them pointing and laughing. Room service were on the floor every day however our room seemed to be "missed" 3 times in a week. Im not sure why Jet2 list this hotel so highly on their website when it is clearly not intended for tourists.
