Sunpoint Hotel Bodrum

Zůstali jsme tu jeden týden a bylo to docela dobré. Jídlo a dezerty jsou v pořádku. Každé ráno bude váš pokoj uklízen. Obzvláště baviči Umit a Anil nám pomohli ve všem, jako je jít na pláže, noční kluby atd. Celkově byste to měli určitě vyzkoušet, pokud jdete s rodinou! :).  - - - Deutsch - - - Meine Familie waren f r eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Wir k nnen sagen, dass es ist Perfekt f r ein Familien - Urlaub. Jeden tag wird den Raum geputzt und auch die sind bequem. Anil und mit in Entertainment - Team hat is viel geholfen. Právě jsme se vrátili z týdnů all inclusive v apartmánech na slunci v G mbet, trochu jsme se báli, protože za chvíli nebyly zaslány žádné recenze. . . . Přijetí je rychlé a bezbolestné, ale připravené na kroky. . . spousta a mnoho kroků! ! Náš pokoj byl hned za barem, takže ne tolik kroků jít nahoru a dolů jako ostatní lidé, ale stále 4 lety z recepce do místnosti bez výtahů, takže pozor! Pokoj byl velký a čistý se skvělou sprchou a klimatizací, lednicí, spoustou skříněk a pěkným malým balkonem, čištěním a novými ručníky každodenně naprosto na místě? Bazén oblast má krásný výhled spoustu pohodlných postelí a deštníky a bazén pěkné velikosti a teploty znovu na místě? Animační tým vedl „lord lucan“ a „Scarlett pimpernel“, jak jste uhodli, že neexistují, že hrávali odpadky po celý den. po 21.00 hodin se tedy nemůžu vyjádřit k večernímu programu, ale hádám! ! ! Neřekl bych, že personál byl hrubý, ale řekl bych, že nezajímavý je asi nejlepší způsob, jak ho popsat jako „ahoj“ nebo „ráno“. Nápoje byly v pořádku a bohaté, takže žádné problémy. . . Hmmm jídlo. . . . Nikdy jsem nevěděl, že existuje tolik způsobů, jak vařit hamburger a ohřívat se na další jídlo, kuřecí a cibulové kroužky, studené brambory na snídani? . . Mohl bych pokračovat, ale myslím, že jste dostali zprávu, že jídlo bylo POOR! ! Nebyli jsme nemocní, ale to bylo bez chuti a nevýrazné a prostě ne moc pěkné. . . Takže všechny. . . Pokoj, místnost ? Bazén ? Personál ? Jídlo? Zábava? Za rozumnou cenu a rozumně dobré, ale ne all inclusive můžete zůstat ve 24/7

Honest review, rooms large and spacious, not the worst but not the best. Shower hanging off the wall and the head basically being broken so came out in one big gush. Food now if anything and I mean anything was at all warm it would have been tasty but to get anything even lukewarm was an epic challenge, so much so they brought out a microwave half way through the holiday, no toaster in the mornings, omelette or cold chips (chips always cold), some sort of mixed peppers/chillies, salad cold meats and cheese, lunch was the better meal of the day, evening meal mainly liver & kidney every night. The food really does ruin this hotel and even has a reputation outside of the hotel as 💩point. Drinks are fine just your normal run of the mill all inclusive the best part is the location close to the beach and the main strip, if you want a fabulous meal head to Alfie moon’s wow you will not be disappointed also cheers bar for good cheap drinks and a good atmosphere. Pool fine but tiny could see this being an issue in high summer, not sure how this hotel would work when it rains everything and I mean everything is outside, no entertainment and the most annoying music constantly played. If you get this holiday at a bargain price and just use as a base I would say book it, if your wanting a hotel where you prefer a hot (even warm would have been better) & wide food selection this is not the one, and no this is not a review from a fussy eater, I will try anything but I also know food hygiene and certain food shouldn’t be cooked and just left around to cool with no heating facilities at all, (I.e the chicken kebab skewer that was sat in the open air for hours before it was cooked. Staff friendly be careful of the on site “doctor” walks around in scrubs and a stethoscope around his neck, also works behind the bar, apparently he has a private ambulance on standby that cost you £200 for a ride to his private clinic god only knows how much a stay is if an ambulance ride is £200. Gumbet is lovely very hilly so not the best for low mobility also this hotel has no lift and all steps so also not low mobility friendly. Would I stay here again no, or if I did it would have to be an extremely cheep holiday where I didn’t mind paying the extra to eat out almost every meal. But I would definitely come to Gumbet again.

One of the nicest hotels with lovely staff, who are very friendly and approachable! Very clean hotel and big pool, stunning unforgettable food, plenty of it too! The manager is very helpful and goes above and beyond. The doctor and all the staff are so officiant. The drinks are a wide variety, the room is extremely clean and large, cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Good location, beach, pubs and everything else with in walking distance. Would definitely come again and can’t recommend enough to anyone. Thank you so much to all the staff at sun point for an amazing holiday, we have made friends for life!

Upon arrival we waited an hour to get checked in, maybe a little longer, we arrived into Bodrum at 11, it was 1am by the we were checked in, with no apology for the wait, once checked in we were given two rooms for the first night instead of a family one like we were told, with this we was at the top of the hotel with many steps, which didn’t help as we have a toddler, too many steps for him to climb. We woke in the morning to get breakfast, looked delicious, again for lunch and dinner all looked delicious, then came Saturday, all the same, Sunday all the same, the food did not change! The meat did, but again not to everyone’s liking, all inclusive and we ate out every night after Friday, I wouldn’t say this is family friendly for those with young children. The shower worked but sprayed everywhere else, so the seal had gone, one blanket for a double bed was not enough, it’s very outdated, the cleaners did a good job with cleaning they made it look immaculate. There was two bar men that was friendly and welcoming, however the others didn’t speak and just frowned at you. The one receptionist didn’t speak much English and when he did, he was very rude! If you have a late flight and wish to keep the room like we did, they want a payment of 30 euros per person, however I told them I am not paying that and they said £38 for all 5 of us, it would have made no difference if it was one or 10, if one person has access so does everyone else! I do not recommend this hotel for families who want an all inclusive experience. Do not trust trip advisor on mixed reviews. I made the mistake of this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. One good thing is there is an available medic 24/7
