We had a very pleasant stay and were really happy with the service throughout our holiday. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Can in the restaurant. He took great care of us during dinner every evening and his kindness and recommendations made our meals even more enjoyable. We also celebrated our son’s 3rd birthday at the hotel. Ms. Dilan from the Kids Club and a lady from Guest Relations (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) were very helpful and helped make the day special for our family. We would also like to thank the lady from the medical services team for helping us obtain a medication that my wife had forgotten to bring. Finally, Mr. Ali from the landscaping team made a big impression on our son by showing him the hotel’s vegetable garden in the evenings, explaining the vegetables, and letting him taste some of them. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and left with lovely memories. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

This is a 2-star review because of the gap between expectations and reality, not because it’s a bad hotel. In reality, it’s probably a solid 4-star property, but definitely not the 5-star experience it advertises. If you’re a family, especially from the UK, I’d recommend looking at other hotels in Turkey. There are plenty offering a very similar concept, but doing it much better. The biggest disappointment was the food. The main buffet was decent but limited, usually offering just one fish and one meat option each evening. If neither appealed, putting together a full meal was difficult. Freshly cooked vegetables and more live cooking stations would have made a huge difference. Instead, most vegetables were left sitting in sauces and lacked freshness. The snack bars were fine but became repetitive very quickly, and the 24-hour restaurant felt poorly thought out. If you’re leaving early for a trip or flight, the last thing you want is a cheeseburger. A proper breakfast option should be available if it’s breakfast time. The staff were generally pleasant, and some were genuinely good. However, communication was often a challenge. While I appreciate I’m in their country and don’t expect perfect English, there were many occasions where requests simply weren’t understood. Rather than clarifying, staff would often walk away and nothing would arrive, leaving you having to ask again or go without. Other times they would just ignore you completely and not come over to avoid the situation. The rooms were good, spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. The only issue was a drainage problem during the last three days of our stay, which caused a sewage smell in the shower. this was fixed on our final day. The evening entertainment wasn’t really for us. It felt more like an influencer-focused party scene than family entertainment. The beachfront bar was a lovely setting, but the atmosphere meant we rarely used it in the evenings. That influencer vibe extends throughout the hotel. It wasn’t unusual to see guests filming content around the pool with tripods. There’s nothing wrong with that, but families looking for a more relaxed holiday atmosphere may find it isn’t the right fit. Another frustration was the constant selling around the resort. Staff regularly approached guests about massages, photoshoots, water sports, and excursions. While I’ve experienced more aggressive sales tactics elsewhere, I expected a hotel of this standard to offer a more relaxed experience. Overall, the hotel looks fantastic online but doesn’t quite deliver on the experience it promises. It’s not a bad hotel, but there are better alternatives available at a similar price point, particularly for families.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and very well maintained. Everything feels new, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing, which is probably to be expected since the hotel only opened a few years ago. 😊 The food was very good. While the selection may not be the largest we’ve seen, there was always a variety of meat and fish dishes to choose from, so everyone could easily find something they enjoyed. There were also themed evenings featuring options such as tacos and sushi. The hotel has three à la carte restaurants, with one complimentary visit included during the stay. We chose the Turkish restaurant and had a delicious meal. The atmosphere was excellent, and the service throughout the resort was consistently friendly and efficient. We never had to wait long, and everything was handled promptly. We spent most of our time at the beach, which was probably the highlight of the hotel for us. The beach area is beautiful, and the sunbeds are extremely comfortable. The only thing we missed was slightly louder background music during the day, as sounds from the neighboring hotel were often more noticeable. We did not spend time at the pools, so we cannot really comment on them. However, there are snack bars both by the beach and the pools, and we enjoyed the food at both. Orders are placed through a QR-code menu, which was very convenient. All bars offer imported alcoholic beverages, a variety of cocktails, as well as snacks such as mixed nuts and chips. The spa and fitness area are also very impressive, especially the beautiful infinity-style pool. One of the most important facilities for us when traveling is the kids’ club, and this one exceeded our expectations. Children from the age of four can stay there independently. It operates from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., provides meals, and offers a full schedule of activities throughout the day. Our child absolutely loved it and was always happy to go there, even though he do not speak English and Russian very well. Somehow, the staff and children managed to communicate just fine! 😊 There were also additional activities for children several times a week, both during the day and in the evening, including mini discos and movie nights. The evening entertainment varied from live music performances to themed dance shows. We personally preferred the shows, but of course that comes down to individual taste. There is no intensive evening animation program, which was exactly what we expected since the hotel promotes a “soft animation” concept. The children’s water park is designed for a somewhat limited age group. For example, our 5-year-old was not allowed to use the larger slides, so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy this attraction as much as we had hoped. It would be great if there were more options suitable for younger children. We also really liked that the hotel sends the daily activity schedule via WhatsApp. The only suggestion would be to send it a little earlier in the morning, making it easier to plan the day in advance. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. The beautiful surroundings, excellent service, comfortable beach area, and outstanding kids’ club made our stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
