Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz

Just returned from a family 10 days holiday. The hotel was really welcoming when we first arrived and continued throughout our stay. I’d say the only staff that slightly annoyed me was the bar staff, not many smiles or interaction, could be as it’s near the end of the season? Saying that they made really nice cocktails. The entertainment team were so much fun and kept us all entertained all the stay especially my granddaughter, they let her try everything on offer. Brilliant!! They are a credit to the hotel! We had 2 rooms which were quite small probably due to the sofa bed that was extra in them. One of the rooms was extremely small and definately needed to be bigger. The rooms were clean though but from arriving the tea, coffee and milk were never filled up. I just took from the restaurant so not a big issue. I loved the fact your pool towels were in your room on arrival, I thought this a really good idea. I would like to especially mention Sukma (hope that’s the correct spelling) and her friend for returning my bag with all my sun creams in ( not cheap ones) and also for being so bright and cheery all the time. Sukma especially works really hard I hope her work gets recognised. The pool area is lovely and plenty of very comfortable sunbeds with it being end of season. The hotel is literally just off the strip and it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. All my family would definately return at some point to the hotel.

Amazing 32nd time staying at this hotel. Why do we keep coming back. Most importantly the relationship between us and the staff. Honestly it’s like seeing our family again. The warm reception we receive as soon as we walk through the doors is heartfelt. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the main strip, walking distance to everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cleaners work tirelessly and never miss greeting you any time of day. The food is delicious, different national dishes each evening, obviously repeats the second week. Entertainment is top value, even after coming to this hotel since 2009 we still see new shows. We are both getting a bit older now, but somehow we are at our best when we’re here and feel young and alive and never want to leave. So thank you to ALL of the staff at Sundia liberty Ölüdeniz for being in our eyes the number 1 hotel!!

We recently stayed at Sundia Liberty Ölüdeniz as a group of 18 people to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. This small family hotel absolutely amazed our international group, which included guests from China, Brazil, Poland, and Ireland.Every single aspect of our stay was exceptional:Birthday Magic: The hotel went above and beyond by preparing a custom, delicious birthday cake of our choosing and treating us to champagne.Exquisite Dining: The food was incredibly fresh every single day. The variety and quality easily satisfied every palate in our diverse group.Elite Service: A huge round of applause to the entire team. The cleaners were friendly, and the lobby staff were always ready to assist with our bags. The bartenders were lightning-fast, and the waiters operated on "sixth gear" with incredible charisma and attentive service.Management Excellence: Kudos to the bar, floor, restaurant, food & beverage, and entertainment managers. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Bulent Bakir—the "eye in the sky." He was always present, actively listening to concerns, and ensuring our stay was flawless.Sundia Liberty created amazing memories and lifelong friends for us. It is a true place of solitude and zen. My little paradise and second home. I can never find much to complain about here if anything. Fantastic greeting from the reception team as always and the bell boys. Room was fantastic as always. We were only there a week this time, sneaked one in, so only ate in a couple of times but plenty of choice. Snack bar was fantastic as usual. Breakfast, you could not go hungry and our coffees delivered daily by Seda, she is always amazing. Serdar and Ibrahim were brilliant. along with Beril and the others. Huge thanks to Ibrahim for our special table at dinner, beautifully decorated. Bar staff, what can I say Cenk & Eray my turkish sons, nothing too much trouble and always happy to serve you. Bushra well she's amazing. Sukma my cheeky daughter. There was some new bar staff and they all worked hard in the heat. Something we are always grateful for. Mr Bulent Bakir and Mehmet run a tight ship and with the amount of repeat guests, this definitely pays off. Our housekeeper made us the most amazing displays, thank you. Oreana and Kerly - my goodness you are fantastic, loved my zumba. Entertainment team were great, I know Umet was renamed Kyrie so there was no confusion, he is a huge asset to the team, such a lovely guy. The whole team are great. Umet its about time you married the lovely Masha, I will keep hoping for my invite. We met some lovely people, English and Turkish and it made our holiday more special. Apologies if I forgot anyone, you were all great and so pleasant. My only gripe and it is a small one was the state of some of the sun beds, but in height of season when hotel was so busy I appreciate it is difficult to keep them all clean 100% of the time. A lot of the issue was from guests lying on them early evening so in a morning some were still wet or soiled.
