Just back yesterday after an amazing 18-night stay. We are a family of four, and we all had a fantastic holiday! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room cleaning service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was also excellent. One of our children is quite a fussy eater, but the snack bar during the day was perfect for him. Overall, we found the breakfast, lunch, daytime snacks and evening meals to be of a very good quality, with plenty of variety. The all-inclusive ice cream, soft drinks, mocktails and milkshakes were 5-star. The alcoholic drinks were excellent too, with a great selection of well-known brands, and the service from all the staff was fantastic. The beach is lovely, and having it right on-site is a huge bonus. The best part of our holiday, however, was definitely the entertainment — especially the entertainment team. They were 5-star plus! The effort they all put in, day and night, to speak with guests, make conversation and ensure everyone was enjoying themselves was incredible. It was genuinely some of the best interaction and hospitality from an entertainment team we have ever experienced. Overall, we had an amazing family holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Just back from a weeks stay here - arrived15/08/26. We had a fantastic time, 2 adults and one child (9 years old). Beautiful hotel. No sunbed wars. Great size room and variety of food! Various shops in the hotel and great size pool/water slides. Entertainment was fantastic! Would definitely return!

We have just returned from 14 nights at this fabulous hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kusadasi. Our room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The mini fridge was restocked daily and the snacks on arrival were a great touch for our kids. In the middle of August we were worried about ‘sun bed wars’ but there was no need here, always plenty of beds available and no need to be up early with your towels. All of the restaurants in the hotel were spot on, there was always something our children would eat. The snack bar had a great selection for lunch and you could order from a separate menu too. Big shout out to the entertainment team who delivered every day, a special shoutout to Joseph. All in all a fantastic hotel and staff, we look forward to returning.

Just back from a 10-day trip at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. ​The hotel is immaculate, the views are stunning, and both the staff and fellow guests during our stay were lovely. The sea was the icing on the cake, and with attentive lifeguards everywhere, I felt completely safe letting five little ones enjoy the pools. ​While the food selection wasn't entirely to our personal taste, everything served was cooked to perfection. We aren't big drinkers, but the beer, wine, and cocktails we had were all great. ​We visited the town on three occasions. As a party of seven, getting taxis was completely hassle-free, and the hotel staff even advised us on the standard fare range so we knew what to pay. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and there were zero "sunbed wars" at any time of day. We didn't use the on-site shop as there is a handy supermarket right across the road. ​The only minor hiccup was that housekeeping accidentally threw out five non-spill refillable cups the kids were using on day three. We didn't bother raising it with management as they were easily replaced, but it's worth noting. ​Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
