TUI BLUE Angora Beach

A lovely quiet hotel, we went in early September. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff always helpful. There were plenty of sun beds available and it is right next to the beach. Not a huge amount to do locally but we caught the local bus to Kusadasi and did the tour to Ephesus which was brilliant. The rest of the time we were happy to relax in the hotel. A good range of food options, we liked the snack bar at lunchtime but there was also the main restaurant with buffet options. We also visited the à la carte restaurant for one night that was included in the weeks stay, if you can ask for a table outside as the views are stunning. There was entertainment options most nights and also table tennis, pool, darts, mini golf and classes arranged by Tui blue available. It is worth downloading the Tui Blue specific app as this gives you the full details of what is on.

Wow! What a great find. Booked a last minute holiday to this hotel and it was fabulous. Every member of staff from the hotel manager to the maintenance guys and the gardeners were so friendly and helpful. (Google translate was really useful). Rooms, restaurants and all of the outdoor spaces were immaculate. Great choice of food every day and it was of a very good standard. Definitely recommend using the A La Carte restaurant as the food and service were amazing. Exceptional service from Bergem, Dicle and Adil in the buffet restaurant, who were happy to help us with our very bad attempt at speaking Turkish! The only slight niggle was the same old problem of guests putting towels on sunbeds early morning but not using them until hours later even though there are signs saying this shouldn’t happen. My partner refuses to do an early towel run so we did struggle sometimes to find a lounger. Despite this, we will definitely be using this hotel again.

We had such a lovely and relaxing time here and is exactly the kind of holiday that we were looking for. The rooms are a great size although the bathrooms are slightly on the small side. We didn’t have a private pool but they looked so good. However, there were always plenty of sunbeds by the pool no matter how late you got there. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained and wherever you go there’s always a member of staff making sure everything is in order. It was so good to see the care being taken. The food was some of the best quality I’ve had buffet style at hotels and there was always different options to be had and all fresh and tasty. The visit we had to the à la carte restaurant was also great with a nice change of scenery looking out over the sea. The bar staff at both the pool bar and the main bar were great always ensuring that you had a drink and the local all inclusive option drinks were of good quality. The evening entertainment was actually fairly lively and really entertaining. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish dancing. We did have a bit of an issue in which we needed to switch rooms. However, this was absolutely no issue for the hotel and the staff sorted this for us within the space of half an hour which was very impressive. Location wise there is nothing to do in the immediate area. Would recommend a trip to Ephesus though. But as many reviewers have said there is nothing around apart from a night market. Would recommend this hotel fully to all of those who want a fully relaxing holiday without needing to be in the centre of everything.

It was like returning home..This was our third visit to Angora beach.It was great catching up with familiar faces that make Angora beach the hotel it is!!. It’s a real gem of a hotel which never fails to give you the RNR you require. From the moment you arrive the staff can’t do enough for you. We introduced our friends to this fantastic place and hope they will be like us and like returning for a rest!! The entertainment team kept us as busy as we wanted to be.Sam runs a fantastic team.JJ and Madina.Always smiling and having a laugh.Joining in if needed to make the numbers up on an activity. Darts,boccia ..Even if you get laughed at when you lose…. Evening entertainment is well thought out with outside acts,quizzes and the recent silent disco..I think we were trialled on the silent disco with even the hotel manager joining in.It was a laugh I must say. As usual the service around the hotel is good.The staff working very hard to ensure your stay is perfect. The bar and pool bar service is really good with a professional yet relaxed service.Ferhat and his team make you feel so welcome and really look after you. His team of Yasin and Eren are always smiling and you can have a good joke with them.Thanks for the great drinks!! Pool bar is hopefully I get it right Arda and Abdullah who again put there all into serving and keeping us served. Restaurant was still good with plenty of choice at breakfast lunch and dinner.the sweets were so nice aswell.for braeakfast Bercam was lovely always having a smile to welcome us.. In the evening Samet was again always smiling and available for a joke or 2.so polite.Dylan also a good waiter from the snack bar and restaurant again always a pleasure to see him. And last but not least the greeting smile of Merhamet who has remembered us from our first visit.We always take a moment to say hello to her with a hug .. This little hotel might be small but it delivers on a might scale. I always think perfect doesn’t exist and certainly there were a couple of things I raised, and I was seriously impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were dealt with, putting this hotel into a different league. If you are after a relaxed, chilled vibe in a setting which is both peaceful and beautiful with outstanding service, then book it! However don’t moan that there is nothing around, because it doesn’t promise a bustling nightlife! Entertainment is varied and watchable with something on most nights. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms are a little small, but perfectly formed! Quality towels and robes are provided. Large comfy bed, with a fridge stocked on arrival with soft drinks and beer. For us the high point was the private pool, just amazing, as well as a large terrace where we sat of an evening chatting and then sunbathed during the day. We bought floaties with us and enjoyed just floating! The Relax pool’s swim up bar is wonderful with prompt and attentive service. We didn’t use the main pool as made full use of our own pool and close proximity to the Relax pool. Food is plentiful with amazing choices for even the fussiest eaters! The coffee bar is squally lovely with lite bites and sweet treats. À la carte restaurant was good, pudding being a real highlight for me, we were disappointed not to have the wine we wanted but an alternative was suggested and was a good option. Drinks menu is really good with lots on offer. Iced coffees are a real treat and available at every bar. Pool towels are a decent length and can be exchanged in the spa. We enjoyed a Hammam and excellent massage. Beach is cute and quiet, I recommend water shoes as first but is pebbly. Staff are amazing and really make this hotel, from the ground’s staff working so hard to make it so beautiful, to the pool staff tirelessly clearing the pools. Waiting staff and bar staff are equally attentive remembering my quirky drinks! Reception staff were happy to arrange taxis for us as we went to Kusadasi one night. Night staff in particular are wonderful as we arrived at 1.30am and were greeted warmly, asking if we wanted food and offered us snacks and drinks. Hotel’s cat community is gorgeous with a trio of ginger cats and a black kitten being my favourites. Top tips: You’ll need toiletries as only shower gel is provided. Soft drinks can be placed in a canteen cup so worth bringing your own.
