We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks stay at Angora Beach. The hotel transfer was not too long and although we arrived after evening meal had finished we had been set aside a plate of food in the restaurant after we had dropped bags off at the room. Located next to the beach and there is a promenade if you just want a stroll and change of scene. We did this a few nights, walking to the 'night market' about 5/10 mins away and got to see the beautiful sunset over the sea. The grounds of the hotel are kept beautiful and are clean. We stayed in a room with a private pool, which was well wort it. Only downside being the room is on the ground floor and you could hear moving around upstairs. Not necessarily voices but flushing of toilet, moving furniture, closing doors etc. The room was clean and had in it everything we needed. Just be aware the minibar is stocked upon arrival but that is it unless you pay. This did not bother us as during the day if we wanted a drink we could go to the pool bar - the quiet pool. As well as the activity pool there is also a smaller quieter pool area with its own bar. Personal preference whether you want the big pool with music or a a quiet area to relax. The restaurant was pleasurable, never too busy and always lots of food on offer. Whilst some might say a bit repetitive there was plenty of variety to make sure you did not have to eat the same things. The staff serving food and drinks in the restaurant were all extremely helpful and pleasant - our favourites were Isikhan, Dicle and Hasan. The restaurant had seating inside and out. Sometimes the flies were an issue but you knew not to leave your food alone. The entertainment was varied and the team were not pushy. We enjoyed the quizzes in the evening and the music entertainment, there was a fab girl group who were there on a Sunday. There was also live music some evenings in the restaurant, we loved the guy playing the saxophone. The upstairs bar had a lovely view over the pool and out to sea. We would make use of this late afternoons after being in the sun. The 3 lads who ran the bar were great and we left feeling we had made 3 friends - thank you to Yasin, Ferhat and Eren for making our holiday special!! Nothing was ever too much trouble although Ferhat used to think my drink/cocktail combinations were too sweet. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing then this place is ideal. If you want rowdy, party games and kids then you need to go somewhere else. There are lots of cats here, it didn't bother us but some people might not like it. The cats and kittens do not really bother you but you will see them and we used to have a couple sleep by our pool. One of the staff brings their dog to work and Lucky is gorgeous, he was great for a bit of therapy when my husband popped our lilo. We used the spa on our first day and had a Turkish Bath and massage, I would highly recommend this. We were allowed this as a couple and it was extremely relaxing. In terms of value for money and star rating that this hotel has, I honestly do not know what else you could want out of a holiday. It very much suited us and we will be back.

Visited Angora Beach for 10 nights in July. Check in was extremely quick and seamless and we were immediately struck by the friendliness of the staff. We were lucky enough to have a pool room which I would highly recommend. Food and drinks were excellent throughout with plenty of choice. We spent a lot of time around the main pool and only occasionally had issues getting a sunbed, most days we had no problems at all. Theres a relax pool with a swim up bar which was always fairly quiet which we also enjoyed. All staff were excellent, enthusiastic and always courteous. We took part in the activities and the entertainment staff were excellent, they were never pushy and made all the activities really enjoyable. This is not the resort for you if you like loud music, partying etc. We usually don’t do all inclusive but would not hesitate to return to the Angora Beach!

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. The moment you walk through the wooden doors, there is a calm and relaxing atmosphere everywhere. We had a private pool room which was lovely. The room was spacious, with a walk in wardrobe, plenty of hangers, a safe and somewhere to put your suitcases. There’s a seating area to the side of the room together with a retro fridge which includes the complimentary mini bar but once used you can refill with bottled water, left daily or you can get from any of the bars or in the fridge in reception - open 24 hrs and also has sandwiches, fruit, muffins etc. The rooms were cleaned daily and clean towels, plenty of toilet rolls were left everyday. Everything has been thought of in this hotel. There always appeared to be spare sunbeds at either pool although we went to the beach or sat at our pool. If you want activities, there’s yoga, Pilates, bracelet making, other sports, cooking etc etc. The food was plentiful and a really good choice including gluten free and vegetarian options. We even found eggs Benedict for breakfast the last couple of days which the lady made freshly for us. The snack bar also had other options for lunch and was quieter. All of the staff were really friendly and keen to help. The manageress was always available walking around with her beautiful dog checking everything was running smoothly and the kittens kept everyone amused. There were many cocktails included in the AI option and Prosecco which some AI hotels don’t include. This is probably one of the best hotels we’ve been to. Quiet and relaxing and we’ll definitely return - hopefully next year. The only area to improve really is the beach as although it is a private beach for hotel residents, on two or three occasions, the locals were coming onto the beach and using the walkway down into the sea and swimming in the hotel’s area. Perhaps having some signs or one of the hotel beach attendants patrolling this area would stop this happening.
