Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

Just arrived back from a 2 week break here. Really wish we had researched more before booking as we paid well over 5k for package with jet2. Rooms very dated and not very clean. Was told we couldnt use washing machine even though was on the itinerary took 3 days to get a clothes airer and a chat to jet2 rep Martin to get issue addressed. Food cold and very repetitive ended up going off resort multiple times to eat out. You are in the middle of nowhere so you can't just take a stroll to a shop of cafe its atleast 40 quid return for a cab! Resort is hilly. Wardrobe doors broke 3 times. Flush panel on toilet fell off wall and toilet stopped flushing. Cats!! We are not cat lovers but they are literally just strolling through restaurants inside and brushing up against your legs whilst trying to eat. Our a la carte meal outside for Italian night a cat jumped up onto table and took a slice of pizza off daughters plate! We'd had enough at that point and upped and left the meal. Local resident kids zooming around on electric scooters without a care in the world ( resort forms part of private housing) entertainment we found was poor. Repetitive shows. One evening we arrived to the amphitheatre early for kids club. Music playing was very explicit and rude couldn't believe it with all the young children around. We left immediately. Kids club is just a room with limoted resources and when my daughter went for bracelet making it wasnt that just given some paper and crayons. This place really is not for brits! Its catered mainly for polish/turkish Really disappointed with how much wed looked forward to this and the amount of money wasted. The onsite shop is extortionate £7 euro for 1 can of redbull!!! Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone. Martin the jet2 rep was amazing though I must add that in.

Our room was at the very end of the resort, i dont like how on the pictures it doesnt include the walking distance its very hilly, there is golf carts that pick u up but take ages to arrive, the cleaning service it quite poor didnt have my sheets or duvet changed or cleaned the whole 9 days, the food is decent but not much selections, the Italian next to the hotel isnt amazing just satisfactory. Noise level wasnt so bad as we are far away from the entertainment, the atmosphere isn’t amazing its downstairs with a couple of rooms in a dark hallway,

I have just finished a week in the most amazing hotel Highlight of the week was the entertainment by Diamond Entertainment and Club Jumbo. Thanks to Borat Valerie Mario, amazingly talented hosts,and their amazing team with great presentation skills and slick programme. New acts every nite. Kids were entertained 24/7. I give this 10/10 excellent Food was fantastic and I liked that they had a food dietician on hand, the lowly Berfu. Lots to drink with bars everywhere and it’s all inclusive and there is also complimentary à la carte dining My room spotted a pool and garden that’s a wow factor. Can get transfer to the room from reception. Don’t have to lift a finger The hotel also facilitates its guests at the beach It’s clean but could do jus a little more to protect food from flies but really not a problem I would give this hotel a 10 star rating. I would go again and recommend to anyone

We’re just waiting for our transfer to the airport, so thought we’d take the opportunity to write our review while everything is still fresh! We arrived on 3rd August and stayed for 7 nights. We’ll be honest, we were somewhat apprehensive before arriving after reading some very negative reviews. We were half expecting to find ourselves in nothing short of a pest-ridden pit! Thankfully, this was most definitely not the case. Our room We had booked a standard suite but were allocated what we later discovered was a ‘Club Room’. It was absolutely stunning, although it was a hotel room rather than a suite. The room itself was lovely and had access to a beautiful private pool shared with the other two Club Rooms. We did speak to Martin, the Jet2 rep, on Tuesday as we were looking for a little more space and a washing machine. He was incredibly helpful and showed us an alternative room which we could have moved into the following day. In the end, we decided to stay where we were because we were really happy with the room and private pool. Our only negatives would be the lack of bins — there was only a small one in the bathroom — and the fact that we could hear the evening entertainment from our room. Obviously, this wouldn’t be an issue if you were actually attending the entertainment! Housekeeping came every other day, changed the towels and generally kept everything tidy. We also got some lovely towel art, which was a nice touch. Food Absolutely no complaints from us. We were a party of 7 — 4 adults (including 2 vegetarians) and 3 children — and there was always plenty of choice. The salads in particular were full of flavour and there was something different to try each evening. It’s standard all-inclusive buffet food, so don’t arrive expecting Michelin-star dining. And no, everything wasn’t piping hot, but honestly… when is everything ever boiling hot in a self-service buffet?! Nobody went hungry, that’s for sure. The desserts were delicious, and we’d definitely recommend trying the cheesecake! Swimming pools & slides Some areas of the pools and surrounding areas are looking a little tired, but after reading some reviews you’d think the place was a complete death trap. It really wasn’t. We all survived the slides — and even survived them enough to go back for a second go! 😂 The private pool attached to our Club Room was absolutely pristine and was a real highlight of our stay. Animation & main pool The animation team were great. They were friendly and entertaining without being overly intrusive around the main pool, which we really appreciated. Considering we were there in peak season, the main pool area also wasn’t the complete chaos we had expected. We managed to get sunbeds every morning without any problem. The beach Yes, having to book the beach the day before is a bit of a pain, but it was definitely worth making the trip. The gym Now, if you’re weird like my husband and I and actually enjoy working out on holiday… 😂 The gym is probably the area that needs the most attention. It is looking tired and quite a few of the machines, both weights and cardio, weren’t working. That was probably our biggest negative about the hotel. That said, we still managed to get our workouts done — we just had to be a little more creative! The animals Having read some reviews, we were expecting feral cats and dogs roaming around everywhere! Yes, there were some cats and a couple of dogs, but they were absolutely no threat or problem whatsoever. They kept themselves to themselves and certainly didn’t affect our stay. Shopping We bought handbags and shoes within the hotel. The shoe shop was particularly good — the man was incredibly helpful and very patient while we tried on A LOT of pairs! 😂 The onsite convenience store is expensive if you’re buying non-Turkish brands such as sweets, ice cream and fizzy drinks. However, we thought it was reasonably priced for essentials such as milk and coffee. Spa We’d definitely recommend a trip to the spa. We had massages and a Turkish Hammam and really enjoyed the experience. Overall Would we come back? Yes, we would. Is the hotel perfect? No. There are definitely areas that could do with some investment and improvement, particularly the gym and some of the pool areas. But some of the reviews we read beforehand made us wonder what on earth we had booked — and honestly, we found them to be wildly out of proportion to our experience. We had a lovely 7-night stay, the staff were friendly, there was plenty of food, the pools were enjoyable, our private pool was fantastic, the animation team were great and, most importantly, none of us came home traumatised by feral animals or swimming for our lives! 😂 We came as a party of 7 and everyone had a good time. For a family all-inclusive holiday, we’d happily recommend it.

Our holiday was all inclusive, great choice of food, drinks, snacks etc. The Al A Carte restaurant was a let down, limited options and some options on the me u were not available. The staff were accommodating and approachable. The entertainment staff were fantastic! Most knew multiple languages and they really made the holiday! Our only frustration was the amount of wasps, the pool bar had a hive in the wicker roof and the wasps were everywhere
