Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

Just got back from staying at Unique Residence and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. We flew into Izmir Airport with Jet2 and had around a 90-minute transfer, which all went smoothly. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, set up in the mountains with unreal views. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which was far more space than we expected for me and the kids. Everything felt brand new, modern and really clean. We had a washer, fridge, microwave and kettle which was great! They also gave you bottles of water which was a massive help, so we stocked up the fridge! There wasn’t daily cleaning, but they left fresh towels and bedding outside the door, and there was a hoover in the room if needed. It didn’t bother us at all. The staff were all lovely, friendly and really helpful. The food was amazing with loads of choice, and I didn’t find it repetitive personally. The snack bars were great too, with things like pizza, chips and chicken doner. We also tried the Italian à la carte restaurant, which was beautiful. There was loads for the kids, including parks, kids’ club, slides, ice cream all day and lots of pools. The pools were a bit cold in April, but that didn’t stop my son being in them every day. I also used the spa and had a massage, which was really lovely and definitely worth doing. The hotel is a bit out of the way, so you need a taxi into town, which I think is around €15. We went to a local Bar and they picked us up from the hotel, which I’d definitely recommend. The food there was amazing and it was lovely to have a walk around the town and shops afterwards. The shop on site was a little expensive, but I expected that. I actually found the clothes and shoe shop at the hotel to be better priced than some of the shops in town. The only slight downside was that the power and water went off one day for a couple of hours, but it was back on by the evening and didn’t really affect the holiday. We went in April, so it was the start of the season and not everything was open, but even so, it was amazing. I can imagine it would be even better in full season. There’s also a Starbucks on site, which was a bonus. I would 100% go again and would definitely recommend it, especially for families. It was honestly one of the best hotels and holidays we’ve had.

Amazing time with entertainment team atakan firat isa are so great and fab at their job they are the heart of this hotel we can tell they love their job cool and good people they are food is so amazing so many selection big spacious restaurants we are so sad for leaving here goodbye for now

This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel & it was amazing just like the first time! such lovely staff and the entertainment team are brilliant with both adults and children, always involved and building bonds😌( atakan firat and isa) The food is good and there’s a selection for everyone, always something for the children too, We would recommend to this people especially families🤩 hotel it’s so amazing

Our first time here we really enjoyed since day one entertainment team made our holiday especially atakan firat and their manager isa they all so fantastic at their job food is amazing rooms are so spacious clean restaurant is also so spacious yesterday entertainment team made a 23th of April sovereignty and childrens day that was amazing for our children loved it so much we will definitely come back

The entertainment team have made our holiday, always friendly, polite are a good laugh and always go above and beyond for everyone. Atakan, Firat, isa, Alisa, Alice are all brilliant people and are a credit to hotel. Whilst there we celebrated children day they had lots on for the kids.
