Great hotel really friendly people room is really clean and comfortable

BORAT and the animation team were absolutely amazing. Could not do enough for the children. Really made our week always happy to help. Nothing was toomuch trouble. However the bar staff were less than helpful. Couldn’t get drinks that you wanted to at one point when we asked for frozen drink was told that the queue was too long and if they did it for us, they would have to do it for everybody. I don’t understand why we’re advertising thingsthat are unavailable. The children couldn’t get ice cream after 5 pm my children didn’t like the cakes at the dinner and couldn’t get ice cream don’t understand it when it’s at the snack bar until 5 pm. Overall the stay was ok if it wasn’t for BORAT it would only be a 2 star review

I stayed at this hotel with my child and a friend who was also traveling with her child. Overall, there were many things we liked. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, with several swimming pools, playgrounds, and a small water park with slides. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options both in the main restaurant and in the snack bars. The location was beautiful, and the evening entertainment was excellent, especially the acrobatic and magic shows. Valerie from the animation team deserves special recognition for being very kind, friendly, and welcoming. In general, the hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. My child also enjoyed the kids’ club. During our stay, the children took part in activities such as cookie making and a pizza workshop. Cons: Unfortunately, the pool water was extremely cold. The children loved the slides but only used them a few times because they simply could not stay in the water for long. The animation team was disappointing. Apart from Valerie, nobody introduced themselves or interacted with us during our stay. We spent most of our time at the main pool and were interested in participating in activities, but we always had to search for animators ourselves to find out what was happening. I only learned about the evening bingo after personally asking about the evening entertainment, and I then had to look for an animator to buy a ticket. There seemed to be many unfamiliar people wearing animation uniforms, but the only team members I regularly saw leading activities were Valerie and possibly Borat, who conducted Zumba classes. While my child enjoyed the kids’ club, most of the time the children were playing board games or drawing. I also did not like the strong promotion of paid activities such as coloring T-shirts, ceramic figures, and pictures for €15. These items were presented during the mini disco, which upset children who did not have one. In addition, nobody invited children to the mini disco during dinner, which is common practice in many family resorts, so we didn’t even know where it would take place until the last moment. The beach shuttle service was another disappointment. Guests could only stay at the beach for about 3 hours. If you wanted to stay longer, you had to arrange and pay for your own transportation. Snack bar on a beach opens at 12, so if you go there at 9 and couldn’t eat breakfast in a hotel, could stay hungry or pay for meal there. Shuttle reservations were required in advance even when seats were still available. No shuttle to the city in the hotel, taxis offered at reception were also overpriced. We were quoted €30 for a trip to the city center, while taxis available just outside the hotel gate charged €25 for the same route. On our return trip, we paid only €20, making the hotel’s taxi recommendation seem unnecessarily expensive. Finally, some guests smoked around the pool area and threw cigarette butts on the ground near the sunbeds. Nobody seemed to address this behavior, which was unpleasant for families with children. Overall: We had a good holiday thanks to the cleanliness, facilities, food, and friendly staff. However, there is significant room for improvement in guest engagement by the animation team, children’s activities, beach transportation

The entertainment team Borat, atakan fred, mario, isa, uhde are AMAZING. Constantly working hard to ensure everyone has a good holiday. ignore all the bad comments about the hotel it’s absolutely gorgeous. Drinks are about all inclusive as you can get but nothing wrong with that. All staff work hard especially the restaurant team. Always making sure the hotel is clean and everyone’s is happy. Only thing i would say is a bit ridiculous is the fact that you have to book to go to the beach in advance and if you want to stay longer than 3 hours there, you have to pay for a taxi to get back. Despite this, i think it’s a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend to people with children. Thank you Team Unique X

This hotel is very nice place to stay it is very clean the rooms are spot on, everyone is very friendly all staff look after you, the food is great, there is things for kids to eat if they are fussy eaters. The entertainment is great they are always things to do around the pool the activity team make sure everyone is having fun and make sure everyone is happy. The location is kind of in the middle of know where but you can get a taxi down which is around 20 mins away, there is also a restaurant in town called hong kong which is really nice there is a taxi that picks you up for free and takes you and then after having something to eat you can walk into town and shop and come back to the restaurant and bring you back for free. the spa and massage is great really worth the money. The value of the hotel is very good.
