Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

Good hotel for the price paid. Food is ok and bars good. Bit worrying that glasses are washed by hand in a sink rather than through a dishwash unit in pool bars. Food ok, bread was absolutely delicious. Again worrying that replenishment food was placed on top of old food meaning some of the food at the bottom of the dish could have been there for hours! Big food safety risk. Entertainment excellent. Beer fantastic. EFES. Good WiFi I’d go back but a big concern for me was the kids who lived in the complex flying round on electric scooters. This is really dangerous, they were in the bars and lunch restaurants and even in the lifts. Not regulated or challenged by hotel staff.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we really enjoyed everything! The animation team was amazing, and we loved all the activities, especially the kids’ dances. There are so many fun activities to join, and the hotel has a lot of swimming pools. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Unique residence. The entertainment team were great especially Borat and Atakan who were very friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff were lovely in the restaurants and at the bars. The entertainment staff were amazing, they were inclusive and funny. Borat and Atakan were so friendly and funny, they got everyone involved. The rooms were spacious and clean.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 or 5* however if it wasn’t for the entertainment team we wouldn’t have enjoyed our time here. It is advertised with loads of restaurants and pools. However there is one main restaurant which the food is nice but there is not a lot of options for fussy eaters. Probably 2 proper ‘main’ options per night and the rest of the food is odd sides. The snack bar which overlooks the main pool is nice but you have to Que for pizza which sometimes you won’t even get any as people think it’s okay to take the entire thing when there’s a Que of people behind you. There is a bar for each pool however if your at any other pool except the main one, there is no music and the bar staff can’t understand you. Our room was a 5 minute walk from reception. Which sounds okay until you include the 5 flights of stairs (from our ground floor room) and the very steep uphill road. Our room wasn’t very clean, the headboard had mould on the sides of it, the bedroom door didn’t close as the frame was coming away from the wall, the toilet also broke during our stay and we waited over 2 hours for someone to come and fix it, when they arrived they came with toilet roll which was great but we didn’t ask for this- we just wanted our toilet fixing. All the areas near reception-main pool, main restaurants and bars ect were clean and very well presented but it feels like they have forgotten about the rooms at the back. I probably wouldn’t return here in the future, however the entertainment team mainly atakan and borat completly made our holiday. From early morning to late night they and their team worked endlessly. Putting on all sorts of activities to suit everyone. They were friendly, not pushy atall and just a delight. We’re going to miss these guys. I think this hotel has potential, the rooms towards the back of the hotel need a lot of attention, I know not a lot can be done about the distance to and from these rooms but maybe making guests aware before they arrive as I would of brought proper footwear if I knew how far away we would be.
