Unique Residence Hotel Golf and Spa

We have recently stayed at unique hotel and spa for 1 week came with husband and 17 year old daughter. It was packed with families with younger children although brilliant entertainment would have preferred quieter. My husband used the golf course enjoyed it but was however misinformed as when he arrived you could not play the back 9holes course closed down , very run down.

we have recently stayed at unique residence and spa for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was fantastic one of the best we have stayed in service was excellent. The entertainment programme was packed evening and day ideal for families , 2reps especially Atakan and Borat were so friendly and made our time here really enjoyable . The only negative was food repetitive standard all inclusive ,alchol selection really poor

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are about to go into our second week. First off im going to start with the positives.. We are staying in a 3 bedroom family room. The apartment is massive. Air Conditioning in every room. The animation team, are so good, and in all honesty, are the only reason that guests are smiling. Unfortunately. That's as far as the positives go. We arrived to a dirty apartment. There was smashed glass under the beds, the lining was dirty. There was a used razor on the bathroom sink. No hand soap in dispenser, one toilet roll. The safe was not working. There is dirt all around the floors. We had no water in the room. Bars were closed when we arrived so couldnt get any water. The shower in main bedroom did not work, the tap was falling off the sink. The cupboard door in kitchen was hanging off. Surprisingly we had a hot tub on our balcony. The kids were so happy, until they pulled cover back to reveal a dirty unusable hot tub. I contacted guest relaxation several times, and after making four complaints and nearly three days later, they sent maintenence to fix shower, tap and cupboard, but advised they won't clean hot tub as this is owners responsibility!! Excuse me!! I booked a room in your hotel!! This is not stated on jet 2 website. The cleaner spends most of her time sat on the stairs shouting on her phone. The room, still has not been cleaned properly. At this point I am so deflated that I cant be bothered to raise it, as they just dont care. She has changed bedding once in a week. Food - we have always gone all inclusive, and am used to canteen style food, but we can always find something we like. The food choice is very poor. It has literally been the same choices everyday, since we have arrived. The meat is very overcooked, and poor selection for vegetarians. The bread is nice though! We ate out at the hong kong restaurant in the city, we was picked up and taken to restaurant which is in the city centre. We were a bit sceptical, but the food was amazing! The portions are big. There were 5 of us and it cost around £110. They gave us a couple of hours to go around shops etc, and then dropped us back to hotel around 10.30pm. This was lovely, as gave us a chance to go to shops, without having to pay £50 for a taxi. The hotel is in middle of nowhere, not even a shop nearby, just the rip off shops at the hotel. We went on a day trip, and asked restaurant staff if we could order a pack lunch, they said they dont offer a packed lunch. So we asked if we could have a takeaway box, or some foil/cling film so we can make some sandwiches to take. They refused and said no, they would not give us anything. We have never been with Jet2 before, and to be honest after this experience, I will not be booking again. The rep is hardly ever here. If they are, there is always a queue to talk to them. The drinks are not great. The cocktails are just watery. The spirits are basic. Gin. Vodka, whiskey. No coconut rum, flavoured anything. If you are looking for good food, good service, this is not the hotel for you. I still dont lnow how this is classed as a 4 star. I have stayed in 3 stars that are miles better.

This hotel was a lovely experience. The people were friendly; Polat Demirci was very welcoming at the hotel, was very understanding with us even though we didnt speak Turkish much and learnt parts of English to communicate with us. This stood out with us on our trip and honestly he was such a lovely person. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

I have just returned from this hotel- Would not go back again We were shown to our room and the person would not leave until we had tipped him- whilst I have no problem tipping, I did not appreciate him coming into out room and not leaving until he received one The food is ok but just ok- never really looked forward to meal times or felt satisfied with the food provided We wanted to go to the Italian but was told that it was booked all week (even though we tried to book this as soon as we arrived) - we were given a table at the Indian and I did ask if my daughter could have Italian instead given that she does not like Indian food but was told this was not possible The bathroom in our room also had a smell of mould We would not return here again
