Alexia Resort & SPA

Atmosphere is perfect here - stuff is very nice and helpful, animators Ali, Musi and Bugar were fantastic. Rooms and everywhere is clean, food is various, fresh and delicious. Its very cosy place to relax but have fun as well! Its perfect value fot such a quality🤩

Music and muzak unceasing. Neighbour hotel loud till late. Everywhere in Side is the same noise. Sunbeds mostly taken before 8am. Beach is dirty with bitey things in the water. Staff all geared up towards german clientele. Front desk is useless. Rep was useless. Bar stocks very bad wine and one German beer. Cocktails are either mostly water or straight vodka. Room was nice but no top sheet for 10 day stay. Pool is nice but best for young athletes who want to play polo and volleyball. Went knowing it wouldn’t be great but still disappointed.

I’ve been trying to contact them about a booking in Sept but they won’t reply to emails nor does their contact form work!

My family and I had a lovely time. We were very happy with the hotel; the staff were friendly and attentive, particularly the bar manager, Suleyman. We’ll be going back soon.

The best bartender, polite, amuses people, the best is when he mixes a drink and says "Shakira Shakira", the guy made the best memories because of his positivity, as if you are looking for Mehmet's bar in the lobby
