We recently spent 11 days at Siu Collection and overall had an enjoyable stay. The hotel has some outstanding features that made our holiday memorable, although there were also a few issues that future guests should be aware of. The Good The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. Whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, there was always something enjoyable to choose from. The service was generally very good, and the staff always tried their best to help when approached. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly and worked incredibly hard to create a fun atmosphere around the hotel. The nightly entertainment was some of the best I've ever seen at an all-inclusive resort, with professional performances and a great variety of shows. The pavilion rental is definitely worth booking if you're looking for an extra touch of luxury and comfort. The only downside was that the QR code ordering system was a little unreliable at times. The main pool area is excellent, with plenty of loungers available throughout the day, so there was never a stressful rush to secure a sunbed. The Bad One important thing guests should be aware of is that this is predominantly a Russian-oriented hotel. During our 11-day stay, we were the only English guests and the only interracial couple, the staff told us we were the 2nd English group there all summer. We were not made aware of this when booking. While this is not the hotel's fault, it did make us feel uncomfortable at times, particularly my partner, who is Black. It's simply something worth knowing before deciding whether the hotel is the right fit for you. Language can also be a challenge, as many staff members speak little or no English. While everyone was polite, communication could sometimes be difficult. The hotel advertises that the mini fridge is replenished daily, but this did not happen consistently during our stay. We had to contact reception multiple times to have it restocked. Due to the language barrier, resolving these issues was often more complicated than it needed to be. There were also a few maintenance concerns. The balcony railing in Room 1055 was loose, which could have been a safety issue. Fortunately, we were staying on the ground floor. Although we reported it to reception, it was not repaired during our stay. Finally, there was loud music from a neighbouring hotel until around 1am on several nights, which may be an issue for light sleepers. Despite some frustrations, particularly regarding communication, maintenance issues and the hotel's predominantly Russian guest demographic, we had a good holiday overall. The excellent food, impressive entertainment programme, friendly entertainment staff and fantastic pool facilities were definite highlights. With some improvements to maintenance, communication and guest information before booking, Siu Collection could offer an even better experience.

I want to express my gratitude to this wonderful hotel, the wonderful staff, and the a la carte Italian restaurant, which created a wonderful atmosphere for my birthday. I will definitely visit this hotel again, it is truly the most amazing place.

The only good things are the group of animators. They are gentle and respectful with all tourists. The other part began from the reception response with fatigue and if you are not a Russian or group family that speak their language they don't care about your questions or requests. The manager was angry when have to respond and the guest relation speak in slave language and at first they can choose everything. The only star is Funda with the other guys Cihan for them i will put 5 🌟 The clean room it 4 🌟

The hotel overall is good, food is weak a little bit, meat is not that great. Rooms and hotels are clean. Animation is not that great and a little bit weak. Hotel is safe especially lifeguards shefi Emrah bey who was very helpful and nice. Moreover lifeguards at the sea Nihat and Yucel bey were also helpful and did a great job.
