Overall very good hotel for families - rooms, restaurants, food, beach, service (not all). Especially thanks a lot to Serpil for excellent work in maintaining impeccable cleanliness in our room. Disadvantages: 1) unsatisfactory car rental service at the hotel. The cars are very old, with interiors that clearly require deep cleaning, and there is an unpleasant smell inside. Also, at the time of handover, the car would not start. We were then offered a transfer instead, which turned out to be even more expensive. Prices are also higher than average at the rental market. Service provider needs to be reconsidered to fit 5 stars hotel. 2) Spa center facilities absolutely doesn’t fit the 5 stars hotel: we were provided ti use beach towels instead clean white ones; The changing rooms and shower facilities are very old, with mold in the corners. There were not even any hooks or shelves where guests could place their toiletries and towels. Needs to be renovated asap!

Excellent stay and a truly relaxing experience! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to SPA manager Mustafa and massage therapists Ailek and Cemil for their outstanding professionalism and excellent treatments. The SPA services were a highlight of our vacation and left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. We also enjoyed the food, especially the Turkish à la carte restaurant. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay and a lovely time in this hotel as all the staff from reception team, fantastic pool Bar staff and the great animation team (funda) were brilliant. Service and cleaness top of the range and highly recommended. Ashkan and majid.
