Berry Blue Hotel

The hotel is very modern and very nice, the personal are very polite and friendly, the beach is nice. The food and drinks are the best !

Overall our experience at berry blue has been great!! The food has been great, the room has been cleaned each day. The thing that has made this holiday as great as it has been is the staff, all staff have been super friendly and helpful. My new friend Ramazan and the rest of the entertainment team has put on great shows each night and encourage all holiday goers to join in on daily darts competitions. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other couples too. We have had the best holiday and would definitely return next year!

5 / 10 This is a 3-star experience pretending to be a 5-star hotel. 🛎️ General Impression: We stayed at Berry Blue for 7 nights, and while the hotel has been recently renovated with a visually pleasant design, our experience didn’t come close to what you expect from a proper 5-star hotel. From service to cleanliness, there are just too many flaws. 🏨 Territory & Cleanliness: ★★☆☆☆ The hotel area is small, and not well maintained. Windows, doors, and public surfaces had visible handprints and dirt, which were never properly cleaned. The overall environment didn’t feel fresh or inviting. 🌴 Beach: ★★☆☆☆ The beach is not directly accessible — you either walk through a dusty path or take a shuttle, which was a plus. The beach bar and café were not inviting, and the cocktails were disappointing. Dirty glasses often remained on tables in bar or on beach tables. No Wi-Fi on the beach, which is not convenient. 🍽️ Food & Beverage: ★★☆☆☆ The buffet food was tasty but lacked variety. No seafood, except some basic fish. Desserts were average, and the coffee was powdered and awful — proper coffee was only available at the bar. During meals, staff rarely offered drinks, and we had to find water ourselves. Tables were not cleaned quickly, and dirty dishes would pile up. Also: cocktails across all bars were weak. 🧼 Room & Housekeeping: ★★☆☆☆ Room design was nice, but cleaning was below standard: mirrors, doors, and cups were dirty, glasses were never washed or changed, and there was dust on several surfaces. We asked for a different pillow (the ones in the room were painful), and were told “all pillows are the same.” No effort to help. No bathrobes provided. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking once. There were always housekeeping trolleys in corridors even if the rooms were not cleaned at that part of the day. 🔇 Sound Isolation: ★☆☆☆☆ Zero soundproofing. If your room faces the pool, you won’t sleep before the music show ends. If not, you’ll still hear every step in the hallway and your neighbors’ voices. Absolutely not up to 5-star standards. 🛠️ Service: ★★☆☆☆ Reception was cold and not very professional, with the exception of one friendly young Turkish woman. They refused to provide an iron or steamer, only offering paid laundry. Even to check our luggage weight, we had to pay €1 for a scale — something every basic hotel offers for free. When we changed room or did check out no bellboy help was proposed. ♻️ Eco & Amenities: There are plenty of plastic bottles around, not eco friendly. But they were some recycling bins outside the hotel. 🎉 Entertainment: ★★★☆☆ There were shows and DJ sets in the evening, which some might enjoy — though again, the noise ruins sleep. The beach bar had music and DJ sets, which were too loud to rest on the beach. We wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Turkey. Could not fault the food, drinks and all staff. Special mention to Ramazan and the entertainment team who made the holiday as great as it was! The variety of shows each night were amazing!! Although this is a family hotel we would definitely recommend this hotel to other couples as there really is something for everyone. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and attentive. We requested a room move to a pool view on our first day and after a bit of a wait we were moved room and greeted with a bottle of red wine, cake and a fruit hamper from the manageress. The food was delicious and the kitchen staff were again very friendly. Lots and lots of different food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Turkish kebabs were absolutely incredible!

NOT A 5* They spent all their money on the lobby. Staff are rude, ignorant & unapologetic There is no allergen board, It took the best part of 1 whole hour before they attended my sons nut allergy. Nothing is labelled and when you ask " no english " They stole £ from my room and was totally blazae, like it's something they're used to. I had to take a trip to reception x05 times over two days to get them to fix the shower drain as it was filling up like I was setting a bath and it still isn't 100%. There's water damage stains on the wall/ceiling. Loud turkish music until 11:30pm every night tea & coffee in the room but no milk This is honestly the worst holiday experience and the 1st destination I've said I will never return to The two pool areas are nice.
