Club Sailors Beach

I was at this hotel for the first time. It was unforgettable trip! Thanks a lot Sailors beach club. The animation team is great. Especially Kazim and Tarzan. Air gun is top! I will return to this hotel!

Twelfth time in Turkey, first time at Sailors Hotel. Outstanding. Excellent food, cleanliness, and friendliness — the staff are smiling at every step. Great selection of drinks, friendly waiters. All issues are resolved immediately. Truly. Since we got a room on the top floor (attic) and it was hot for us despite the air conditioning working, we asked to change rooms. This was arranged in just 10 minutes without any problems — we received a larger, shaded room on the ground floor. Even a small issue with ants that appeared near the balcony doors was resolved within minutes. The cleaner took care of it with spray, not only at the balcony but along the edges of the entire room. Fast and efficient. Thank you. Sunbeds on the beach and by the pool — there is always space available, even though the hotel is full. I only have one small remark, which did not affect our sleep, but would be desirable to fix. The blanket or sheet on the beds is a single one, definitely too small for two people. I suggest that in the future each guest has their own sheet. Rating: a solid 10. We will gladly return to your hotel. Janez Adamič, Slovenia

We are very glad to stay in this wonderful place. It was a trip from snowy Saint-P to rather hot and friendly Kiriş, Sailor’s beach club. The location is really good: sea, mountains, beach, views. Perfect for us. The atmosphere is incredible thanks to cool animators. We didn’t visit all activities because of work, but it was enough for us. Especially thanks to Süleyman, Mahoni, Anton, Nilson for unbelievable emotions and memories for long long time. If you come here, please, feel free to communicate. These guys will make sure you feel good and comfortable. Saying also hello to Louisa from pool bar. In the evenings we called her «моя дорогая» . A beautiful little girl, we wish you all the best! A wonderful place for a relaxing and revitalizing stay. Clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. The beautiful, well-kept garden is a great asset. The animals are well-cared for. Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine, with a wide selection of dishes and snacks – for lovers of international, Turkish, and exotic cuisine. The waitstaff was very efficient and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A beautiful place, definitely recommended. Particularly noteworthy is the polite, courteous, yet non-intrusive approach to women, which is particularly important to me. I felt safe. Little things to improve: SPA - Spa treatments in progress should not be interrupted by a sales representative entering with an offer to purchase another massage. This is very uncomfortable. This can be suggested upon the guest's departure. Beauty Center - it is unacceptable to manipulate a service in progress to extort additional services and money. Hair coloring - plus a mask applied without prior arrangement with the client and charged extra. Or assurances that an additional service (unwanted by the client) will be free, only to be charged extra later. Nevertheless, the services were performed very professionally and expertly.
