Prive Suite Side & Spa Hotel

After our first hotel turned out to be a disappointment, we booked Private Suites last minute — and it was the best decision we could have made! The hotel is brand new and absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming (with the small exception of one young man in the restaurant who didn’t seem too enthusiastic at times). The restaurant itself is excellent, offering delicious food with a great price-quality ratio. We also enjoyed a full spa treatment with a massage, which was completely worth the money, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable; there are still a few small finishing touches to be made here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The hotel is also perfectly located — close to several great restaurants and only about 25 minutes from Side center. All in all, a top experience and definitely a place we would recommend!

The hotel looks lovely, it’s clean, modern and the staff are friendly. Our room was very spacious and having a washing machine was great. The location is OK, walkable to bars and restaurants albeit badly lit on a night. There is a mosque nearby and you are woken every morning at 03.45 with the extremely loud call to prayer. Our room was great but only had a bathroom mirror, a full length mirror somewhere would be really useful, there’s plenty of space in the room to have one. It would be handy to have a couple of dishwasher and washing machine cleaning tablets available or the option to buy them singular otherwise you are having to buy a packet of dishwater tablets, washing machine detergent and conditioner from the supermarket (which isn’t cheap) to use them once maybe twice then have to leave them. If this is what people are doing then it would be nice if the hotel would leave what’s left in the room for the next guests but it seems they are removed so you have to buy again. The music around the pool is very loud and goes on all day, not great if you wanted to try and have an afternoon sleep. Even though the hotel truly is appeasing to the eye, we wouldn’t stay here again.

amazing hotel and staff, helpful and friendly, didn't want to go home after an 8 night stay and can not wait to return, the food at the pool bar was lovely and reasonable priced, they even catered for my daughters food allergies, the rooms are a nice size. can not recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful holiday.

The entertainer, Imen, was very friendly, loved children, and brought a lot of her own ideas. There were tournaments every day, and bingo was often held in the evenings. Shows, music—Imen has a huge influence on guest satisfaction. Children are in good hands with her. You feel at home. 5 stars, she does a fantastic job.

Dåligt hotell.. halvfärdigt saker saknas. Långt till stranden. Otrevlig personal som bråkar med gäster.. felaktiga notor. Frukost kostar extra..och som gluten intolerant svårt då. Står inte vad det innehåller det du får på frukost dessutom dyrt..avstå detta halvfärdiga hotell!
