Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality during my stay. I truly had a great experience at the hotel. Everything was excellent — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail. A special thank you to Shirin and Gürkhan, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable with their warm and professional service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return in the future. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay.

It was a lovely stay at the Regnum the Crown and the staff were really nice. I came with my daughter for a break and Sudenur was great assistance and help.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff were genuinely attentive, highly professional, and consistently warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Their level of service truly made a difference. The food was outstanding — both in quality and presentation. Every meal was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a flawless experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and impeccable service.

5 out of 5, the food was the best food in a hotel we had so far. However the cherry on the cake was Mr. Erdals recommendations. He was very kind, friendly and engaged. If you’re here come and visit LOTUS restaurant and say hi to Mr. Erdal.
