We have just returned after 7 nights at The Crown. An incredible experience that I could not recommend highly enough. You need to see it to believe it. The service is world class. Food was fantastic. Suites were on a different level. Pure luxury from the moment we arrived We stayed in a Grand Family Suite which had 2 ensuite bedrooms, living room, kitchen area and bathroom. It was perfect. The rooftop pool, bar and gym are all stunning. A la cartes were brilliant. Pools are excellent. It would take too long to list everything. If you are considering booking just do it. You wont be disapponited. We did not want to leave are already looking at flights to return.

Beautiful clean hotel, only cons service on reception was poor, gentleman didn't ask how stay was complete let down, water park was closed and slides in kids pool unsa

Nice hotel, good vibe... But, works done in a hurry/see photo of the marble that is badly installed in the bathrooms, additional costs for a la carte restaurants, the food at the a la carte is poorly executed, even mediocre. You pay 150-200 euros per person at Alia to enter and when you eat you notice that a pizza is 28 euros extra....you included some things and drinks on the private beach...poor! Fabulous location, pretty mediocre beach...could improve a lot but they only think about what extra they can charge and they made those docks where you pay a cartload of money per day and eat the same food and drinks as on land.
