Nádherný hotel luxusní služby ochotný personál krásná pláž.Ale pokud chcete klidnou dovolenou nedoporučuji .Strašná spousta dětì pravděpodobně hotel nabízí dětí zdarma.

S hotelem jsme velmi spokojeni se všemi sluzbami. Rádi navštěvujeme hotelovy One bar. Naším oblíbeným číšníkem je Ramazan, který dělá svoji práci perfektně. Hotel můžeme doporučit každému

Very disappointed, we have arrived and the pools are absolutely freezing. They are not usable especially for our children. It’s such an expensive hotel we have been multiple times per year for the last few years and it seems they are cutting costs while raising prices. We asked months ago for the rooms we booked to be next door to each other (amber lagoon) so we could be together in the pool. When we arrived they told us this is not possible and we wasn’t even on the same row meaning it was a completely different pool. The booking was made together so I’m unsure why they have done this. Staff don’t seem to care they just say its not possible.

Absolutely fuming. This is our 5th time at the crown, we have paid extra for Amber Lagoon villas with swim up pools. We have booked with another family and specifically asked for the rooms to be next to each other. We have arrived today, they have had 2 months to sort this out and our rooms are separate. So we have to check in to different rooms and then re pack our rooms tomorrow and have to move with 3 small children.

We ate the Yan Ji. Emre was unbelievable. What a lovely, friendly, helpful man. Explained the food & drinks menu. Food outstanding. Emre a king!
