We are staying at the Crown, but we are receiving a more welcoming experience at your Carya hotel. A special thank you to the One Bar team; the lady with the red hair and tattoos, whose name starts with BU, was absolutely wonderful. She told us the stories behind the cocktails we drank; she definitely knows her stuff. She made the best cocktails I've ever had; she's definitely a great employee for your hotel's standards. Thanks to the whole team as well.

Stayed in an amber lagoon suite. What a treat, kids loved going to the cave bar and the water park. Hotel was fabulous
