First and foremost, the Crown is an absolutely amazing hotel and we will be returning in September next year. The rooms are superb and the housekeeping team do a fabulous job - the rooms and the hotel itself is kept immaculately clean. The service staff in all the restaurants and bars, gym etc were also excellent and a real credit to the Crown. I would like to make a special mention for Shirin and Gurkan in Guest Relations who were very helpful - they are restricted by a number of (in my view) strict hotel policies but they managed these well and did their best to listen and accommodate where they could to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The staff in the main bar, including the Manager, and on the Crown pier and Rooftop pool were exceptional (all of them). The Crown restaurants are fabulous - I think Eva is under publicised as it is as equally as good as the others. Our favourite was the Nuage, due to its rooftop location, ambience and the fact it is adults only. All the staff in the Nuage were fabulous, including the restaurant manager. The hotel is the most expensive in the area - so it is a tad disappointing that the Regnum no longer offer the CIP airport lounge. I hope that management reconsider this given that the other top hotels in the area (e.g. the Maxx Royal) are still offering this. If I can make a few other suggestions regarding the hotel itself, these are: - there needs to be more areas exclusive to Crown guests - we pay a huge premium to stay here and it is just not right that guests from the Carya walk into the Crown for everything (the only exceptions being the rooftop pool, unless they pay €80 pp, the Riviera restaurant and the Lotus restaurant - both of these restaurants are only open during the day) - there needs to be MANY MORE exclusive areas for Crown guests. - consider having have an alternative adult only restaurant to the Nuage - the Nuage is not open every night so there should be an alternative adult only option on the nights that the Nuage is closed or fully booked. I would personally suggest the Eva restaurant. - the shows / evening entertainment, whilst mainly good, are repeated exactly in every respect every week - therefore there is no variety for guests staying for more than 7 nights. We were advised by Guest Relations that this is because most guests stay for between three and five nights. Please can management reconsider offering some variety as those staying between 8-14 nights (or more) have absolutely no variety week on week and yet we are the ones paying the most as we stay and pay for more nights. - there is very limited daytime activities/entertainment. There are only 3 adult activities during the day which are limited to volleyball, football, darts (I appreciate that the kids club is good). The fitness programme, however, is very good. - can there please be tighter restrictions on children being allowed into the adult rooftop pool during the day. While supposedly only for photos, the children do run around and on at least x2 occasions when we were there, they even got in the pool. As above, we will be returning next year in September for 14 nights as we had a fabulous holiday at the Crown, and I would recommend it despite the high cost.

S hotelem jsme velmi spokojeni se všemi sluzbami. Rádi navštěvujeme hotelovy One bar. Naším oblíbeným číšníkem je Ramazan, který dělá svoji práci perfektně. Hotel můžeme doporučit každému
That lady at Irish bar was amazing. She made us feel wonderful with her engaging conversation and sense of humor. If anyone visits that bar again, it will certainly be because of those cocktails and her fun personality. I must specifically mention that she didn't even ask us to leave a review. This is real hospitality and confidence. Thank you, Burçak.
WOW 🤩 , what can I say, this hotel would definitely give the high end hotels in Dubai a run for their money. Highly impressive decor, facilities and service all round. The rooms/suites were large, modern and well laid out with plenty of space in the large wardrobe area and a well stocked mini bar. The facilities such as the gym (2 in total), the spa and swimming pools etc were to the highest specification and well maintained. The staff were well presented, friendly, attentive and always wanting to help. The real winner at this All Inclusive hotel is by far the food! There is a choice of so many restaurants, cafes and bars that you’re spoilt for choice throughout your entire holiday. The food quality, variety and availability are to the very highest level. We’ve been flying to Dubai several times a year for many years because of the quality of hotels, amenities and restaurants there but I think Turkey, especially hotels like Regnum The Crown are quickly catching up with what Dubai has to offer, all at half the travelling distance from the UK and at a more competitive price. We are already planning an early spring 2027 trip back to this hotel with our extended family.
