Breakfast at Alia Restaurant in Regnum was simply outstanding. The quality, freshness, and variety of the food were exceptional, with something to suit every taste. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the incredible service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, this is one of the best breakfast experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended to anyone staying at Regnum—we can't wait to come back!

We are a well-traveled US family and had a wonderful experience at this resort hotel. Literally everything was superb. The hotel facilities are first-class. All of the staff are warm and friendly. The food is consistently excellent, and for the most part free, as part of the all-inclusive price. The buffets are full of fresh, delicious food and the à la carte restaurants are superb as well. There are numerous swimming pools and a huge water park. The kids' club is the best we have ever seen - our 6 year old never seemed to want to leave. They open until midnight, allowing for parent date nights! The rooms are clean and spacious. The fitness facilities are amazing, with state of the art Technogym equipment and helpful trainers on call. My wife loves photos , and there is an excellent cadre of professional photographers on site. The Mediterranean is warm and blue - great for swimming or just lounging in a seaside cabana. There are also 18+ areas which offer relaxing facilities for adults. We'd highly recommend the Regnum Crown to any family looking for a great vacation in the Mediterranean.

The hotel offers many activities and attractions that make the stay enjoyable. However, what truly made my experience memorable above all were the people who work there. I would especially like to thank Sherine and Gurkan, who were there for me at every stage of my stay. Whether it was a special request or resolving an issue, they always showed great professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for my needs. Their kindness and thoughtful attention will remain forever in my heart. I would also like to thank Sabri from the concierge service, whom I have known for many years. He has always been available to my family and me, with a big heart, remarkable kindness, and sincere generosity. He consistently took the time to assist us while anticipating our needs with outstanding efficiency and kindness. There should be more people like him in the world. Finally, a huge thank you to Bert from the entertainment team, whom I have known for several years. As always, he was present, attentive, and sincerely committed to the well-being of his guests. These four people touched my heart with their kindness, dedication, and professionalism. They alone embody what makes this hotel stand out. It is largely thanks to them that I will keep an excellent memory of my stay and will most certainly return next year.

Our family has just returned from another wonderful holiday at Regnum, and once again they reminded us why we keep coming back year after year. We’ve been visiting Regnum since 2017, and it truly feels like our home away from home. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Sedat, Reception Supervisor at Regnum Carya. He is the definition of hospitality. Professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He surprised our family with a very thoughtful gesture during our stay that made our vacation even more special. It’s people like Mr. Sedat who create unforgettable memories, and Regnum is very fortunate to have him on their team.Another outstanding team member is Mr. Gevher, Guest Relations Supervisor at Regnum Carya. He was always available whenever we needed assistance and made sure everything was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. Both Mr. Sedat and Mr. Gevher are real assets to the Regnum family. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Yunuscan, Güven, Chef Refik, Umutcan at the beautiful 7 Rooftop Bar at Regnum The Crown, and Vedat at Piers Bar. Every interaction with them was warm, welcoming, and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and made every visit enjoyable. The entire staff deserves recognition. From housekeeping, who kept our room spotless every day, to all the restaurant teams serving delicious food with incredible variety, everyone works incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome. The facilities remain among the best we’ve experienced, and the addition of Regnum The Crown has made the resort even more impressive.No stay is ever perfect, and I would like to offer a couple of friendly suggestions. During our visit, the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t as reliable as in previous years. With the addition of the Crown building and more guests using the network, perhaps the internet infrastructure could benefit from an upgrade. Also, while Regnum Carya is still a beautiful property, I believe the guest rooms—particularly the furniture and bathrooms—would benefit from some renovation to match the luxurious standard of the rest of the resort particularly Crown. We also experienced a small misunderstanding during our checkout , but Oksana from Guest Relations at Regnum The Crown handled everything professionally and efficiently, making sure the situation was resolved quickly. We truly appreciated her help and positive attitude. Thank you to everyone at Regnum Carya and Crown for another unforgettable family vacation. We are already looking forward to returning next summer, hopefully with even more members of our family. Until then, thank you for making us feel at home every single time.
