We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was flawless, from the delicious food to the relaxing atmosphere. The playground is beautiful, and the nannies are absolutely wonderful and extremely attentive to the children, taking such great and patient care of them. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back next year!

It was supposed to be one of the ‘best’ all inclusive. Upon arrival we were asked to pay a deposit of £350, not a problem until they didn’t accept Apple Pay. We didn’t take any physical cards which they couldn’t understand. Check in took a lot longer and we have to pay by bank transfer and won’t get the refund for three months. Things to note - the music goes on until past midnight so if you have young children you will be listening to whatever heavy bass is being played in the background, it’s like being at a rave in Ibiza. The food is awful - we’re sticking to pizza and chips (which we are sick of) as everything else doesn’t look edible and is questionable The service is terrible and the staff are rude. Facilities are lovely but that is it.

In fact it is a good hotel, but guest belongings should not disappear from their luggage in their room. We stayed there 3 times in Amber Lagoon Villa 6662 (which costs around 5.500 eur per night) , however last time (10 days stay) somebody stolen 2 t-shirts from our luggage, they worth is approx 1.500 euro. After one week asking everyday what is about this matter, finally somebody dropped it again to our luggage when we were on a dinner in a main building. After one week! There were no regrets from the hotel side, there were just happy that t-shirts are foud. No explanation how did it happen, no apologizes. And it does not matter if you leave tips for housekeeping or not, for thiefs it does not matter. I suggest to check your belongings when you come back from a breakfast or dinner or close the luggage with a lock before you leave your room or villa. Such situations should not happen is such expensive and "luxury" hotel. We are very disappointed and propably we will not come back again, as we do not want to check every time we go out if something is missing in our villa.

It was amazing! this is the 5th time we go to Regnum, 4 times to Carya and now to Crown. Everything thought out in detail and almost perfect, nothing to bother you, to stress you, the rooms are of good taste perfect, very spacious, premium design, the terraces of the rooms follow the same line. In fact, everything, absolutely everything is of perfect taste and a perfection of the services you offer. I want to convey congratulations to all of Regnum, who make us, the tourists, feel so good: congratulations and thank you! because I know that there is a huge effort behind this perfection and well-being that we experience as guests! We will return:)
