Very good everything and we liked the hotel

This is the 3rd visit we have had, absolutely amazing hotel, the food is always very good with such a variety of dishes. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you will never be disappointed. The entertainment team are always up for a great time and daytime is never boring, the evening entertainment is always very on point and the different nights are amazing, disco after is a great way to really let your hair down, and then to the on site nightclub.

We absolutely loved this hotel and loved the magic life concept. It was our first time trying a TUI magic life hotel and it definitely won’t be our last. The staff are so wonderful and I have to give a shout out to a few people who really stood out for us and made our stay special. Firstly to Sana in guest relations who helped us out immensely and she was always pleasant and helpful and a lovely person. The entertainment team do a brilliant job and they always stopped to chat and always had a smile after working such long hours. To Tamaris from Brazil, Gustavo from Cuba, Tamsin from Austria & Gabrielle (sorry if I’ve spelt your names wrong) you all did a fantastic job and we loved the time doing all the activities with you. Thank you ❤️ We stayed in room 1105 and what a room. It was a deluxe Mountain View room. Wow is all I can say. Huge size with everything we could ask for. Mini bar restocked whenever it was needed. Magico and downtown restaurants were perfect. Such a great choice of different foods, something for everyone. A shoutout to Michelle one of the waiting staff in the evenings. She was always there with my favourite glass of sparkling wine and orange juice, always served with a smile. The pool area and grounds are so beautiful. Lots of space to sunbathe so everyone isn’t crowded together around the pool fighting for beds. Everyone is spread out around the grounds. We can’t wait to come back but it looks like TUI isn’t offering this hotel to UK guests for 2027 as we’ve tried to book and there’s nothing. We highly recommend this hotel!

A fantastic hotel. Brilliant, attentive and very friendly staff. Excellent food and atmosphere. Any issues or requests are dealt with quickly and with satisfying conclusion. Special mention to Gustavo the Cuban dancer/fitness instructor who's hips move in was that shouldn't be allowed (😅) Tamara the Brazilian ballet dance/fitness instructor who's energy is contagious. Matild the Austrian Archer who could give cupid a run for his money. Sana in guest relations who seems to be able to solve any problems you may have and do it with a smile. And Michelle the table server who keeps the sparkling wine and orange juice coming. Bless them all. An altogether excellent 10 day holiday experience.

This was our first visit to Türkiye, and I chose Rixos Beldibi based on its facilities and excellent reviews. It did not disappoint. The resort offers a great selection of food and activities, and from check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant and bar teams provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the Guest Relations team was always welcoming. A special mention goes to Sana, who took the time to remember details about our stay and always made us feel valued. During our visit, we celebrated a birthday, and the team went above and beyond by decorating our room and providing a lovely cake, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. The TUI Magic Life app was very useful for viewing activities, booking restaurants, and reporting any issues. We experienced a minor maintenance problem in our room, which was resolved quickly after being reported through the app. The resort offers two à la carte restaurants. We visited The Flavour, where the food was excellent, although the set menu is heavily seafood-focused, so it may not suit all tastes. Our stay also included passes to Land of Legends. Guest Relations arranged everything for us, including transport to and from the park, making the experience completely stress-free. Overall, Rixos Beldibi is a peaceful resort with excellent service, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
