Royal Wings Hotel

The hotel is very good, there is so many things to do and you are never bored. The people who work here are so warm-hearted, especially Laura. She made my stay at this hotel even better. I loved my stay here so I would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Antalya.

Katy and Laura are very nice. They are friendly and always come to talk and dance with people. Today was kingsday in the Netherlands and they had a really nice party. The two girls gave us flags on our face. 😊😊………………..,…,..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

A honest review Hotel review- Grounds are well maintained and staff work so hard to keep hotel clean. Pool areas are very slippy and I fell whilst there so be very careful. When we booked this hotel, we were told that winter concert ends March 31st and summer concept starts April 1st. This was not the case unfortunately. We stayed 11 nights and the outdoor entertainment was closed throughout our stay. Nothing to entertain the older kids and teenagers, I had to make several complaints to guest relations before my son was given a ball to play in a lawn tennis court. There is no football pitch in this hotel if you have kids that like playing football. This made our stay incredibly boring. Pools are absolutely freezing and the slides were open for a few hours each day. No outdoor pool is heated in this hotel. Probably best to book this hotel in the heat of the summer if you are a pool person. Indoor pool was open but that wasn’t much fun compared to the beauty of the outdoors. Food was pretty much same every single day, bland cold and boring. First few days was fab seeing the food but after the 4th day, was the same food and with little changes here and there to reflect the food theme for the day. Food was cold if you came early to eat. Food served at lunch was served at dinner time. We were so grateful when the beach restaurant opened towards the end of our stay, so we ate our lunches there. The waiters in the main restaurant look so overwhelmed with serving customers their drinks and some basically just ignore you so I got drinks myself some days. Duplex room- to be very honest if you have more than 2 kids don’t book this room. The room is much smaller than I thought, the upper landing which has the large double bed is a very small space with no windows. The heating was on so we were so hot at night. We have a 2 year old and was given a cot bed but because of the small space upstairs, the cot bed was put on the lower floor beside the staircase. Our 2 year old had to sleep on our bed due to this. The next day, after speaking to guest relations, we were offered a junior suite to look at. We then had to pay 250 euros after a lot of haggling with guest relations to upgrade to this junior suite. The junior suite we stayed in started having some really bad smell after some days-maybe from the drains. We were moved again to another room. We moved total of 3 times in our stay which wasn’t good at all. The shower room drain was blocked after third move, so we had to call technician a few times to fix blockage as water started draining very slowly in bathroom. We told guest relations of my birthday so they gave us wine and apple and orange in my room, staff also brought us a small cake with candle at dinner time, sang happy birthday song which was nice. There is no bathrobes in this hotel you have to pay for it at guest relations. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 3.5 stars and staff look like they are overworked, some can’t be bothered anymore due to high workload. Moved room 3 times due to all issues written above, no outdoor entertainment as they promised at the start of season, pools absolutely freezing with no heated outdoor pool. Luna park was open for a few hours each day but not all the rides were open until I spoke to guest relations and they extended opening times for Luna park and got more staff to operate machines. Will definitely not return to this hotel due to this. But some staff were nice.

We had the most wonderful holiday. 8th - 18th april. We stayed in a duplex family room. 2 adults, 4 year old and 8 year old. Positives - the food is stunning. So much choice and different themes every evening. Breakfast is delicious. We ate lunch everyday at either the beach restaurant or the food court. All options were yummy and we were never dissappointed. Ice cream, crepes, waffles most of the day. There is a pattiseire also with rolls and cakes. All 5 star! The resort is stunning. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and lovely with children. We swam in the indoor pool alot and its perfect for swimming and not being freezing! Unfortunately the outdoor pools really are freezing despite the hot weather. Myself and hubby both had a turkish bath and massage - AMAZING! Now...for the real stars of our trip... Ebo and Karim from the entertainment team (see pics). They were absolutely brilliant. They work SO hard and make so much effort. Amazing with our children and we left their feeling like we had made new friends. Our children cried when we left them!!! Only negative for me was the walls are so thin in the rooms. You can hear EVERYTHING and it makes sleeping difficult until 2am ish. That being said, we would return tomorrow!!!!!

I don't normally write reviews but feel it is the least I can do after the wonderful time we've had at this hotel over the last week. We've stayed on Turkey 3 the times now over the last 18 months and this hotel ticks all of the boxes for us. Lovely comfortable accommodation, pleasant and welcoming staff in all areas from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, animation team, bar staff and guest services....all very welcoming and helpful on every occasion. The pools were fantastic, slides for all ages and swim ability, fun fair a great little addition too. Arcade was a hit and far more to enjoy than at other hotels. The salon was great, my little one had her nails painted and hair braided and she was looked after like a princess. Dinner in the all inclusive restaurant could get very busy after 6.30pm but as to be expected....we ate at the al la carte restaurants on two occasions and the food was superb and worth every penny extra for the quality of food and service. There's to many positives to list in this post, it really was a special hotel but would absolutely 1000% recommend. All in all a fantastic week and we would definitely return to this hotel.
