Seaden Corolla Hotel

On arriving at the hotel, we went to check in and the lady did not speak one word of English. After 1 hour of trying to check in which should not have took that long as there was no one else checking in we finally got to our room only to find it was extremely hot in the room as no air con was on what so ever not only in the room but throughout the whole hotel!!! there was also no porter to help with luggage etc. to add to the heat of the room the fridge was overheating of which we had to turn off unplug and defrost the small freezer in order for it to cool down. We then had to go back down to reception in darkness as they turn all the lights off to demand to be move to another room and was told to come back in the morning. We have no follow up from the hotel the next morning what so ever. We requested a safe for the room at extra cost but had to have it reset twice after the maid had entered the room both times. After that we did not let the maid in and cleaned the room ourselves. A maintenance man turned up at our room wanting to paint something of which they had no request from us but we sent him away. The room itself was very basic for e.g. the beds are very hard, the tap in bathroom was appalling built up concrete just to hold it in place. Under the sink was disgusting with black mould. The lock on the patio doors was loose and the laundry attachment was hanging out the wall. Carpet throughout the hotel was stuck with tape onto the carpet strips and air con was pretty much non existent. The lifts worked every now and again and one day my husband saw them pumping water from one of the lift shafts. You would be in them and the lights would flicker on and off and they also do not have air con.This whole hotel is not geared up for English people what so ever. It is geared up for German and Dutch, and the same goes for the food. We had to eat out most nights and the food was awful or it always ran out way before end of dinner time on nights that they had a BBQ. Conditions around the pool were so dangerous for e.g. the pool steps totally lifted out of the ground in main pool, tiles by children's pool were cracked and no life guards at all. The entertainment team were rude of which we complained and were always on the case of young girls on their own. Everything is the same day in day out in the way of food,entertainment,and so called activities.i left those plates and glasses their on that table and they were there for 36hrs, this is by the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, if I was to rate this hotel it would manage 1 star rating I’ll close it down,

plus: good food, plenty of dishes that guests can choose from, clean and neat rooms minus : pool inside the hotel is quiet old and needs renovation, the distance between hotel and city centre is big, but tourists can reach it walking a path by seaside

very friendly staff like family,good food, a lot off place on swimming pools and on see quiet hotel in the middle off trees an nature.shuttle bus drives you to the beach.everybody is already on place too help you

Freundliches Personal Das Essen für große und kleine Gäste war gut Für diejenigen, die Aquagymnastik mögen, ist gesorgt. Am Abend gibt es täglich Veranstaltungen Der Strandberich und die Strandbar ist gut Negativ: Außerhalb der Pools ist der Boden extrem rutschig. Wir hatten ein Familienbereich mit 2 Zimmern im Nebengebäude. Hier könnte eine Renovierung der Böden nicht schaden.

Zunöchst einmal möchten wir unser Beileid zum Tod vom Manager, Hasan Yildirim, aussprechen ( Basiniz sag olsun ). Wir als alte Stammgäste waren immer zufrieden. Gastronomie und Service waren bisher immer gut. Das Speisenangebot reichlich. Auch die Animation und speziellen Abende waren gut. Daher würden wir dieses Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.
