Seaden Corolla Hotel

On arriving at the hotel, we went to check in and the lady did not speak one word of English. After 1 hour of trying to check in which should not have took that long as there was no one else checking in we finally got to our room only to find it was extremely hot in the room as no air con was on what so ever not only in the room but throughout the whole hotel!!! there was also no porter to help with luggage etc. to add to the heat of the room the fridge was overheating of which we had to turn off unplug and defrost the small freezer in order for it to cool down. We then had to go back down to reception in darkness as they turn all the lights off to demand to be move to another room and was told to come back in the morning. We have no follow up from the hotel the next morning what so ever. We requested a safe for the room at extra cost but had to have it reset twice after the maid had entered the room both times. After that we did not let the maid in and cleaned the room ourselves. A maintenance man turned up at our room wanting to paint something of which they had no request from us but we sent him away. The room itself was very basic for e.g. the beds are very hard, the tap in bathroom was appalling built up concrete just to hold it in place. Under the sink was disgusting with black mould. The lock on the patio doors was loose and the laundry attachment was hanging out the wall. Carpet throughout the hotel was stuck with tape onto the carpet strips and air con was pretty much non existent. The lifts worked every now and again and one day my husband saw them pumping water from one of the lift shafts. You would be in them and the lights would flicker on and off and they also do not have air con.This whole hotel is not geared up for English people what so ever. It is geared up for German and Dutch, and the same goes for the food. We had to eat out most nights and the food was awful or it always ran out way before end of dinner time on nights that they had a BBQ. Conditions around the pool were so dangerous for e.g. the pool steps totally lifted out of the ground in main pool, tiles by children's pool were cracked and no life guards at all. The entertainment team were rude of which we complained and were always on the case of young girls on their own. Everything is the same day in day out in the way of food,entertainment,and so called activities.i left those plates and glasses their on that table and they were there for 36hrs, this is by the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, if I was to rate this hotel it would manage 1 star rating I’ll close it down,

plus: good food, plenty of dishes that guests can choose from, clean and neat rooms minus : pool inside the hotel is quiet old and needs renovation, the distance between hotel and city centre is big, but tourists can reach it walking a path by seaside

very friendly staff like family,good food, a lot off place on swimming pools and on see quiet hotel in the middle off trees an nature.shuttle bus drives you to the beach.everybody is already on place too help you

Zunöchst einmal möchten wir unser Beileid zum Tod vom Manager, Hasan Yildirim, aussprechen ( Basiniz sag olsun ). Wir als alte Stammgäste waren immer zufrieden. Gastronomie und Service waren bisher immer gut. Das Speisenangebot reichlich. Auch die Animation und speziellen Abende waren gut. Daher würden wir dieses Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.

Pobyt w hotelu od 6 - 13 września. Hotel bardzo ładny choć faktycznie lata świetności miał już za sobą i należałoby go odświeżyć. W brodziku dla dzieci nie działające już (grzybek, ząbki które powinny tryskać wodą itp). Kolory np. Zjeżdżali widać że już wyblakłe od słońca. Ludzi we wrześniu już nie aż tak dużo jak zapewne w okresie szczytu czyli (Lipiec sierpień) więc spokojnie w godzinach śniadania można było bez problemu znaleźć jakieś miejsce i wolny leżak wraz z materacem przy basenie. Choć wiadomo że znaczna część i te najlepsze miejsca były już pozajmowane. Więc jak chcesz mieć dobre miejsce to trzeba przyjść z samego rana jeszcze przed śniadaniem. Leżaków jednak było sporo leżących z boku więc sobie można było wziąć jeśli już wszystkie byly pozajmowane. Jeżeli chodzi o czystość hotelu - to na prawdę wszystko każdego dnia było sprzątane i w pokojach jak i na stolikach w restauracjach czy na tarasie przed restauracją. Wszędzie było widać porządek i że sprzątają na bieżąco! W pokojach w minibarku woda uzupełniana każdego dnia. Tak samo papier toaletowy! WI-Fi było dostępne (przynajmniej mi łapało) na terenie całego obiektu tak samo jak w lobby, przy basenach jak i w pokoju. Woda w basenach czyściutka i cieplutka. Woda w morzu bardzo ciepła, powiedziałbym wręcz gorąca! Leżaki na plaży dostępne po południu bez problemu. I tutaj największy minus hotelu - plaża i dno w morzu! Wszędzie skały wapienne. Trzeba uważać żeby się nie potknąc i nie przewrócić albo nie zranić stóp jak ktoś nie ma butów do wody! Woda wydawała się brudna mętna. Nie polecam dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi. Bez butów to pływania nie da rady! Ale i tak strach wpuszczać dziecko na takie nierówności na dnie! Ogólnie brzydka plaża! Brzydki piasek! Jeżeli chodzi o obsługę hotelowa to miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Obsługa głównie posługuje się jęz. Niemieckim. Mniej po angielsku! W hotelu 80% to Niemcy! Z 15%-20% było Polaków. Rosjan praktycznie nie było słychać. Drinki dobre, smaczne ale mały wybór. Piwo dobre - standardowo Turecki Efes. Jedzenie choć powtarzalne to bardzo ale to bardzo duży wybór dań w restauracji w hotelu. Ciężko było to i tak przejeść. Bardzo dużo słodkości, owoców. W snack barze przy basenie: kebab, hamburger, frytki, pizza, wybór surówek, po południu smaczne lody. Minusem był brak menu dla dzieci (gdzie pisało że owe menu jest!) Brak nawet takich nuggetsów gdzie to chyba powinno być standardem dla dzieciaków! Frytki codziennie. Animacje (mini dyskoteka) dla dzieci tylko wieczorem po kolacji ok. 20 min w amfiteatrze i to w jęz. Niemieckim. Później pokazy taneczne i muzyka dla dorosłych. W pokoju klima sprawna (dawała w sumie radę) ale ustawiana centralnie i poniżej 20*C nie dało się ustawić niestety! Łóżka/materace wygodne w pokojach, dodatkowe poduszki do spania zapewniały komfort wypoczynku. Na bardzo bardzo dużą pochwałę zasługuje kelner: HASAN TÜFENKÇI!! Ten kelner był niesamowity - był bardzo pomocny, miły i uprzejmy. Zawsze stawał na wysokości zadania. Szczególnie pomocny dla Polaków! Bardzo polecam świeże koktajle przy barze koło basenów - 3€ ale na prawdę warto! Generalnie pobyt udany.
