Hezký hotel, poblíž vše potřebné, včetně výletů, pláž kousek, všude čisto, doporučuji připlatit za bazén na pokoji. Je tady skvělý animátor Tom a celkově supr personál. Velmi dobrá lokace, každý večer program. Mimo neděli. Užito na 100%

Personál v celém hotelu byl velmi příjemný. Dokonce i má babička, která neuměla žádný cizí jazyk se zde vždy dorozuměla, díky snaze personálu hotelu. Vše bylo čisté a velmi hezké. Překvapil mě také zvládnutý animační program - bylo vždy co dělat, na vystoupení byli zváni profesionální umělci a zároveň vás nikdo nenutil, pokud jste se nechtěli zapojit. Děkujeme za skvělý pobyt.

A Stay of Mixed Experiences and Promising Potential Our recent stay began on a very positive note with a room upgrade upon arrival, which felt like a fantastic start to our trip. We were consistently impressed by the delicious and varied food and drinks, always finding a wide selection to enjoy. The staff truly made a difference. We want to highlight Yilmaz (F&B Manager), Jakob, Zeynep, and Yigit for their exceptional service; they were always smiling, attentive, and frequently checked in on us. The animation team, led by Bob, also deserves high praise. They kept us wonderfully entertained every evening and even collaborated with Yilmaz to make my birthday truly memorable with fireworks. The hotel's location is another major plus. The city center is just a pleasant 20-minute walk away, perfect for exploring the old town. The beach is a mere 5-minute stroll, and despite being shared with other hotels, it was clean and sandy – exactly what we hoped for. Our housekeeping lady was outstanding, adding a delightful touch by crafting charming animals and flowers from towels for two days. While there were many positives, a few aspects detracted from our experience. Unfortunately, our upgraded room came with an unexpected daily wake-up call: the loud garbage collection at 4 AM every morning, particularly the clanging of large metal bins. At the spa, I was frustrated by a sudden policy change regarding towel exchanges, as I was told I could only exchange them in the afternoon, contrary to what was stated. This led to an argument with the spa attendant, who then made an inappropriate joke about a complimentary massage I had won. Following these issues, I did complain to the front desk and spoke with the general manager, who was exceptionally kind and apologized sincerely. They even prepared a special birthday table and offered a room change, which we declined as we were halfway through our stay and noticed similar bin placements across the hotel. We also frequently encountered dirty plates and cutlery, requiring us to check them diligently at every meal. It's important to note that drinks and food at the beach require an additional payment. Another area for improvement is the lack of consideration for lactose or gluten allergies within the hotel and nearby establishments, which was a minor disappointment as it meant I had to meticulously check everything. Finally, addressing some existing language barriers and enhancing English proficiency would significantly benefit international guests, as Russian and German currently seem to be more commonly spoken. Overall, this is a very pleasant hotel with potential, and with these minor adjustments, it could truly become an amazing destination.
