Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer

Dovolenou jsem si velice užila. Hotel odpovídá 5*. Každý den je co dělat(od zumby až po šipky) a není možné zažít nudu. Lidé, kteří pracují v tomhle hotelu jsou velmi ochotní a milí. Velice ráda se sem v budoucnu opět vrátím a věřím, že každý si zde najde to své!

Leaving today after a 10 night stay, our first at at Swandor Kemer. We took a private transfer from the airport which took just over an hour. Due to a delayed flight it was very late when we arrived, however, there was a late supper and the staff were friendly and helpful assisting us to our room in block 3. The hotel facilities, restaurants, bars and entertainment are really great. The entertainment during the day and on an evening is some of the best, if not the best I’ve experienced in a hotel! All of the entertainment team work really hard and include everyone. Even though I would say the hotel caters more for Russians and Turkish nationalities they recognised us being English and also made sure we were included in everything. Special mention to Bilal. The buffet restaurant has a lot of choice. Sometimes too much. Food isn’t always piping hot in my opinion, but it must be hard to cater for the number of guests and throughout. Waiting staff are attentive clearing tables and offering drinks. My only suggestion would be more of a themed approach as everything is a bit repetitive after 10 nights! Drinks are great with most branded spirits included. Again the staff cannot do enough to help and will gladly repeatedly serve you. Special mention to Hamit and Aslan. There was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool, on the beach and on the jetty. There is a great pool towel exchange and you get fresh towels daily. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and the mini bar restocked. I would however recommend taking your own hairdryer. The one in the rooms are next to useless!! We had a duplex room and this was fantastic for our family, especially as my step daughter is 17. This meant she had lots of space to herself. The gym is well equipped, with an excellent range of cardio machines. We had a Turkish bath and massage on day one. Whilst it is more expensive than off site, we enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately during the last few days of my stay I was struck with a stomach upset which left me in the room for a few days. My partner and daughter did not get unwell. My partner visited the pharmacy in Kiris for some medication which helped some of the symptoms. The hotel were kind enough to give us a later checkout which was helpful as I was worried due to a late flight about being outside of the room for too long. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others even though I was unwell I can’t say for certain how or why I got this.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our holiday. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The food offered a good variety, and there were plenty of activities for families with children. Although there are a few small areas that could be improved, our overall experience was very positive. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great holiday!

The Hotel is excellent and the staff are really helpful. The Rhino kids club is amazing, we think it caters for the children really well. The animation team are friendly too and we really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at this hotel before, it maintains the same high standards as our previous visit.

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank Sergan for the excellent hospitality. He was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortably accommodated throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing, with every meal being delicious. The service was friendly, attentive, and always provided with a smile. Thank you, Sergan, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.
