Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer

Dovolenou jsem si velice užila. Hotel odpovídá 5*. Každý den je co dělat(od zumby až po šipky) a není možné zažít nudu. Lidé, kteří pracují v tomhle hotelu jsou velmi ochotní a milí. Velice ráda se sem v budoucnu opět vrátím a věřím, že každý si zde najde to své!

We have recently returned home from a week in the Swandor Hotel which on its website states that it is ' An Ultra 5 star All Inclusive Hotel' this hotel at best is as low 4 star hotel. We as a family have been coming to Türkiye over the past 7 years, this hotel was such a disappointment for several reasons and does not compare to the previous hotels we have stayed in such as the Kaya Palazzo, Liberty Fabay, Ethno Belek and the Lusso Sorgan which I would say are true 5 Star Hotels. Pools The swimming pools are absolutely freezing, possibly the coldest pools I have ever been in. So much so the children hardly spent any time in the pools over the 7 days. Also, they allow glasses around the pool area which is very dangerous. Several times over the week glasses were broken and not always cleaned up quickly. Tiles around the pool are very slippy when wet. Same music played all day everyday around the pool, which got very boring ! Towels Both the beach and room towels appear old and of poor quality, they are very thin and tiny. They didn't even cover my small 10 year old. Food/ Drinks The food was ok in the buffet area, however it was regularly cold both in the buffet and beach bar area. The food is very much in favour of your eastern European guests. There are no freezers where the children can get an ice lolly, just machine ice cream and cones. They serve squirty machine watered down cokes/ Fanta and sprite which at a 5 Star Hotel is not good enough. Only bottled fizzy drinks are available in the lobby bar and the staff often didn't want to serve the bottled drinks. Also, charging for bottled beer and serving only watered down Efes beer was terrible. Cocktails were just ok.. depending on who made them.. Rooms Rooms were ok, abit tired and not finished very well considering the hotel is newly built in the last 3 years. Room wasn't cleaned that well, never left enough towels for us. Shower leaked every time it was used all over the bathroom floor. Patisserie A huge disappointment.. only opens at 2.30pm had no croissants / macaroons available any day. The only good thing you could get proper bottles of water and not those small plastic waters which are available everywhere else. Entertainment Shows cancelled 2 evenings due to bad weather, music moved inside but this wasn't communicated very well so we missed the 1st cancelled night. Shows were ok, band played after but maybe as DJ after the band finished would be good especially for families who don't want to go into the downstairs disco. Also, the staff just turn the lights out in the lobby and Arena bar at 12pm.. even when families are sitting in there finishing drinks. This was very strange and something I never experienced in any other hotel. There are 2 pool tables inside the Arena Bar but these can only be used during certain times. Which seems very odd, we had a very wet afternoon and were not permitted to use the tables as it was outside the specified times. There is nothing to do at the hotel if you have a bad weather day. Staff Staff were generally not very friendly and appeared abit grumpy. We came across very few staff that offered a smile or a happy face , things appeared too much trouble . Aquapark Be careful when using the slides, as member of our party ( child) sliced her foot open on one of the slides and I had read about this before on other reviews. I unfortunately could go on and on regarding the cons and to be honest there are very few pros .. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we came with a family who had never been to Türkiye before and this hotel did definitely not paint a good picture of the quality 5 star Turkish Hotel experience we had sold them. If you truly want a 5 Star experience , look elsewhere..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Turkey! We’ve been travelling to Turkey around three times a year for the last five years, and we’ve stayed in and reviewed well over a dozen different resorts. Until now, our favourites during the main season have been hotels such as Delphin Imperial and Delphin BE Grand. In our opinion, Swandor Kemer sits just behind them — and that is a huge compliment. The food was excellent, the drinks and alcohol selection were very good, and the overall quality of the hotel genuinely impressed us. But a special mention has to go to the evening entertainment. Absolutely TOP LEVEL! Some of the shows were so good that you could easily imagine paying for tickets to see them separately. 😉 The nightclub was brilliant as well — great atmosphere and one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a Family Duplex Room, and the layout was fantastic for a family. Very comfortable, spacious, clean and well maintained. We were genuinely impressed with how well the room worked for us. The swimming pools were great and the water temperature was absolutely fine when the weather was hot. Our only small suggestion would be that the children’s pool could perhaps be a little warmer, especially at certain times of the day. The Mini Club deserves a special mention — absolutely TOP! The team does a fantastic job and the facilities and activities for children are excellent. We have only one request for the girls working there: let those kids get up on that stage! 😉😂 The only thing that surprised us slightly was the language situation. Maybe we happened to visit during a period of particularly strong Turkish-Russian friendship 😂, but it felt like around 85% of the guests, and a lot of the staff, were speaking Russian. It didn’t cause us any problems, but it is something international guests may notice. If that doesn’t bother you, then we can 100% recommend Swandor Kemer. Excellent food, great drinks, fantastic entertainment, brilliant facilities for children, comfortable rooms and a really enjoyable atmosphere. After visiting Turkey so many times and staying in many different resorts, Swandor Kemer has definitely earned a place among our favourite hotels. We would happily come back. 🇹🇷❤️

We have just returned from a 9-night stay as a large family group of 14, and we had a wonderful holiday. Our three little ones absolutely loved the kids' club, which is exceptionally well set up and offers fantastic facilities and activities for younger guests. It really helped make the holiday enjoyable for both children and adults alike. Despite travelling as a large group, we had no issues finding sunbeds together around the main pool area. The sea deck was a different story, however, as it tended to fill up very early each morning. It's worth noting that sunbed reservation isn't allowed, and staff will remove unattended towels, which we actually thought was a fair policy. The hotel's gym facilities were excellent, with a good selection of free weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment. There were also plenty of fitness classes included in the daily activity programme for those wanting to stay active during their holiday. Although we chose not to use the à la carte restaurant because of the additional supplement charge, we couldn't fault either the main buffet restaurant or the snack bar. The food was consistently good, with plenty of choice and quality throughout our stay. What truly made this holiday special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly and hardworking, but a special mention must go to Aizhamal (Captain), Feride (Waitress), and Berkay (Waiter). They were outstanding throughout our stay and are a real credit to the hotel. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail helped make our holiday as a large family run smoothly and feel extra special. We also had both adapted rooms and comfort rooms within our group. While storage space was a little limited, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. This was our second stay at a Swandor hotel as a large family, and based on our experience, we would happily book again in the future. Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off. We had a fantastic experience, and my one piece of advice would be to remember to tip the staff who work so hard to make your holiday enjoyable and stress-free. They truly deserve the recognition.
