Great hotel and resort! The staff was kind and really good with the kids. A lot to do in the hotel and in the parks. Even provided little breakfast packages for our early head out to the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here is you want a worry free, kids paradise vaaction!

Our kids had the best experience at this resort! They enjoyed every moment and had so much fun throughout our stay. Seeing them so happy made the whole experience even more special for us. A wonderful place for families with children, and we would definitely love to come back again!

This is our real personal experience, at the beginning there was a little misunderstanding in our reservation but there was Emin who solved the issue then we met Emir and both were amazing our stay was was like living on clouds and wonderland with a special thanks to Arda and Uğur they really made our stay so special. They keep on checking on us every single day and sending us messages to make sure we are enjoying to the maximum. We will come again. Thank you all very much much Dr Reema and Luai

He always anticipates our needs and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for us. It is truly rare to meet someone so thoughtful and dedicated. It definitely is so magical and the best place to stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Damla in guest relations so helpful and kind. Furkan lobby bar is great too. Mahmut FNB is brilliant too. Definitely can't wait to come back.
